Hotel is far from the airport (50 real cab fare), but there just didnt seem to be any hotels closer. also the walls are paper thin(almost all walls in brazilian hotels are) and you can hear the next rooms TV clearly. Very friendly and helpful staff though

Não recomendo, experiência ruim!
Fiquei em um quarto que tinha cheiro de mofo. Quando alguém tomava banho a água vazava pelo box e molhava o chão. Café da manhã inexistente, nem fazíamos questão de comer pois não havia variedade alguma e o que tinha não era bom. Não fica tão próximo dos bons restaurantes, precisa dar uma caminhada considerável, ou até mesmo pedir Uber que foi o meu caso em diversas ocasiões. Wi-fi não pega no quarto. A única coisa boa era que só íamos para o hotel tomar banho e dormir. Não recomendo. Fiz a reserva baseado nos comentários daqui mas quando estava lá busquei em outros lugares que são possíveis postar avaliação e constatei que não sou só eu. Bem ruim mesmo. Há muitas opções em Natal por essa faixa de preço. As camareiras limpam os quartos dia sim, dia não o que foi uma novidade para mim já que nunca tinha visto isso antes nos hotéis que já me hospedei. O ar condicionado estava enferrujado o que manchou uma roupa que coloquei para secar na varanda, pois o ar condicionado pingava água de ferrugem. A estrutura não é uma das melhores tem muita escada e nenhuma acessibilidade. A cama de casal na verdade são duas de solteiro o que deixa extremamente desconfortável. Não é um hotel caro, é simples, mas mesmo assim deveria ser bem melhor e mais cuidado. Procurem outro!

O hotel é bem próximo à praia de ponta negra, da pra ir q pé tranquilo, café da manhã ótimo, ficamos em um quarto com uma excelente vista. Porém o hotel tem uma estrutura antiga, o banheiro do nosso quarto estava vazando água pelo box no que virou uma bagunça, no mais tudo ok!!!

Fiquei apenas dois dias, gostei da pousada é super limpa e organizada, funcionários recepivos principalmente a mulher que nos recepciona no café. Só teve 3 pontos que não gostei: 1-a piscina so funciona apartir das 10, e para quem esta viajando de ferias esse horário é tarde, ja que temos que fazer checkout as 12:00h. 2-pouca opção de café da manhã. 3- não tem funcionários para ajudar com as malas, já que tem 3 andares e não tem elevador, tem rampa de acesso que dava do estacionamento aos quartos, porem estava fechada.
