Photos online definitely are different to in person. Was our honeymoon so just not the environment I wish we picked as there was kids everywhere and our room unfortunately was over looking the kids pool. So woken up early everyday by screaming. Service was a bit slow to get drinks or anything delivered to the room. A map of room location online would have been great to know roughly where you are located on the resort would have been ideal.

The perfect place for a holiday. Beautiful location, great facilities and wonderful staff. It was perfect for our family, we had quality time together at the beach and by the family pool and we also made use of the excellent nanny and kids club services so we could enjoy the spa, golf and adults pool. We will be back.

Staff service was impeccable. Property impeccable. Staff stand outs: Adi Litia in the food and beverage. She not only created excellent pastries but was warm and charming to my family by coming out of the kitchen and sharing time and thoughts with them. Definitely we will return. Property was so very beautiful. The currency conversion was a super plus. This place is well worth the additional cost in relation to any other property on the main island. Perfect.

From the moment we checked in we were treated royally. Staff even knew us when we came for the afternoon high tea and the happy hour and would come asking if we wanted our usual drinks. This place was an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Intercontinental Fiji was an impressive and beautiful resort. The staff provided impeccable service and the food and drinks were top notch. Views were incredible and snorkeling at the house reef was extremely beautiful. Overall I highly recommend.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Resort and Spa Fiji and the resort was luxurious, with stunning surroundings, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The food and cocktails were also top-notch. However, I did encounter some unexpected charges on my room account after settling the bill. I reached out for clarification on these charges, as well as for information on our initial bond payment, which was not deducted. I hope to receive a prompt response, as the lack of communication after checkout has been quite frustrating. Overall, it was a lovely stay, but improved follow-up service would make the experience even better.
