They charged me for an excursion which I never got with them of $500. I got another charge which I don’t even know why because it doesn’t match with my receipt from the day I left. There was an awful smell coming from the shower even my 7 year old noticed it. It is a new hotel so the conditions were good. The food was awful for the amount of money they charge. My coffee was cold and my pizza was not cooked all the way. I would not come back or recommend.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean! Our room was unbelievable with the view and the size! However, it was hard to get cleaned....we had to ask several times for towels and for maid service. Other than that it was exceptional. Staff were very kind.

Cidney, was the front desk assistant who greeted us upon our stay. She’s was very helpful, kind and accommodating. She helped make my birthday very special. Our room was beautiful, with a view and balcony to match. We could not stream online services which was okay but something to note. They had a lot of bars to choose from. The pools were not headed and the jacuzzi was freezing. I also did not do the water park due to the cold pool water. It was nice to have a private beach entrance and pool as well. The resort is in an extremely convenient area with taxi’s available all day. I would definitely stay here again especially on the residence side.

The hotel, the beach access and all the water adventure options were fantastic! The staff really made sure that everyone was enjoying their stay. On the beach people from the cruise ships will walk through to get to the beach; the staff keep an eye out that the hotel beach front is really only for the hotel guests keeping it from being overcrowded! Absolutely loved that! We had several staff reach out to make sure we were having a good time or if we needed anything. The only challenge we had was the quality of the beds. Our backs were sore after sleeping on them; we called them taco beds. It was hard to get and stay comfortable.

The hotel is nice and in a good spot. The few reasons I would not give full 5 stars is the following. There not many places to eat after 5PM. They close down because that’s when the cruise ships board and leave. So know that you have to travel to get dinner near by. The pool has very cold and we could not enjoy it. They need to have heated pools to enjoy them. Last thing. They added a $58 charge to our stay daily as a resort fee. Be aware as they don’t charge you this up front to make it seem like a cheaper price. They get you when you check out which is very unprofessional of them.

This hotel is in a great spot to walk the town and tourist areas. Rooms overlook the harbor and the massive cruise ships come in everyday. It's fun to watch them turn and maneuver into place. The lazy river and waterslide is where most families set-up. The big pool in the middle is zero entry and is about three feet deep. None of the pools were heated. This time of year it can get really chilly. The hot tub was not heated as well. The beach is nice. Gets deep pretty quick. Lots of fish swimming around to watch. Some of the staff were wonderful and some of them, especially the young women at the inside bar, could be quite unpleasant to deal with. Hopefully they can address this. There are restaurants that are nice on site. We enjoyed the Italian restaurants as well as the Wasabi Joe's sushi. The convenience shop has water, beer, spirits, and food. We would get breakfast here everyday. Croissants, bagels, breakfast sandwiches. Decent coffees. May stay here again, not an absolute.

Overall wasn’t a bad property. It’s new, so that’s a bonus. They do have food at this location, including a cafe for breakfast. They also have an ATM, which is a bonus. They do advise you not to smoke on the property but hey, they have balconies. The only bad thing thing to say, my toilets was clogged and it took three calls and 30mins for maintenance to fix the issue. They have two properties and one of them, the pool is available 24/7.
