The place is amazing. We had a blast, the only complaint I have is about the food menu, not much options and food weren’t good food, breakfast is not good at all. If the property can see this review, they need to rethink the food menu or a different chef. Other than that I really love this place, that’s I give it a five star.

Perfectly clean in all aspects. Comfortable beds. Quality A/C that goes to and holds desired temp. Great location, close but not TOO close to everything. Quiet and relaxing. Top notch restaurant and a separate coffee bar. Manned excursion desk for coordinating seeing all the local sites. Wonderful views. I chose the best spot for my visit.

Shower water has odor Room phone doesn’t work and can’t communicate properly with the front desk Restaurant service was very slow while charging you 15% service fee Taxi to the Baha Mar resort cost is $25 for 4min drive… Worst part of this whole experience was getting the hotel manager aware of these issues and nothing changed the situation

Our youngest son had a school camp, which gave us a quick romantic getaway. However, with Ernesto lurking, we scratched Turk and Caicos, due to strong winds, and Bávaro Beach due to rain… this left Nassau as our best option. I had lived in Nassau when I was a child, and had snubbed the Island for years… we are so glad we visited Nassau. The Goldwynn was a perfect hideaway, mostly adults, quiet and a clam beautiful beach, and outstanding pool. The staff was wonderful and the meals very nice. We will be back, besides, it gave me some time to visit my old school and home. We also had a wonderful meal at the Fish Shack, as well as at the Graycliff Hotel… superb trip. BTW, I left the lights on the car the night before we left, and the staff had contacted Avis, to ensure they had a car brought to us, without being prompted to do so… honestly, we loved the place. I had my doubts on the beach, I love clear and calm waters, but go ahead and book, the beach and the place are wonderful.

Every moment we spent at Goldwynn was perfect! It was quiet, and all the facilities were very clean, and the staff were all so friendly! The room was beautiful and modern. While there aren't many restaurants, you can use the Kraven delivery app. If I return to the Bahamas, I will definitely stay at Goldwynn again!
