Great choice for Nashville!
Very nice property, beautifully decorated for Xmas. No real concierge to ask for recommendations, however. Location was a little out of the way, but not a huge issue.

Always enjoy our time here. The bed is so comfortable and the shower is fabulous. Wish they had coffee in the room, but they have a wide variety of tea. The pool bar on the roof is so fun and the lobby coffee car and restaurant is very nice.

Hidden Fees and Horrible Communication
The hotel has zero mention of the INSANELY expensive incidental fee that is in addition to the resort fee that we somehow had to pay at check in and checkout for 1 night. Why is only $150 of the incidental fee refunded if we didn’t trash the room? We stayed 1 night and I had to pay more than what the room cost for the incidental fee. This is not mentioned on the hotels.com booking or the Virgin hotels website. Room was clean except for the bottom of the shower. Fast forward to us returning from dinner, there was a man peeing in the bushes in the parking lot that I had to pay $60 to park in. There is no security to prevent this behavior either. This is a loud overpriced party hotel. We had to listen to our drunk neighbors all night long too. I'm out over $450 to have hardly any sleep and have an overall disappointing night in Nashville with my husband for his birthday. We haven't been out of town together in 7 years. Wish I would have gone elsewhere.
