What a nice hotel! Quaint and beautiful during the Christmas holidays, very friendly and helpful staff, large and comfortable room, excellent room service and restaurant, and particularly nice texts during my stay to see how things were going and if I needed anything. I will definitely come back again.

We got a few rooms for our wedding weekend for guests and my new husband & I. & it was incredible. They upgraded our rooms and the room was absolutely clean and incredible and very spacious. We got the suite with tubs and living rooms & it’s the nicest place we’ve stayed at. Not to mention the hotel is just beautiful & connected to an amazing coffee shop and restaurant. The bar at 1799 has amazing cocktails and great live music at night! I’ll try to stay here as much as I can if we ever need a hotel in Franklin. Thanks to Chris at The front desk who has been wonderful and really made our wedding weekend perfect!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is just great! The restaurant 1799 is a must.. The food was so delicious and the service is incredible.. This is a must stay if you attend the Dickens Christmas, it was just a wonderful. Everyone that worked in the hotel was just so friendly and wonderful. This is a must go to hotel and city!!
