We were very impressed by this property! A group of friends traveled together, and we enjoyed the lobby, café, pool and the property was very clean. Rooms are great and comfortable beds also. Helpful staff and great location to walk to Broadway.

Try easy to walk down to Broadway but quiet enough away. The pool area was great to lounge at (music could be added!) and it was nice to have a bar as well. The cafe downstairs was good to get coffee and breakfast and the rooms were decorated cute. Great hotel overall for the cost!

Hotel check in was very friendly. We arrived a little early and they were able to accommodate us. The front desk took time to research and find 2 rooms close to each other on same floor for our friends trip. Overall very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and close to downtown.

It would be good to know in advance from the website and information that The Tempo do not routinely send house keeping to clean the rooms, we stayed 6days, they don't replenish coffee or change towels unless asked to. Apparently this is standard practice for USA hotels. If you would like this service, you need to request it at the reception. There are no robes or slippers. The rooms are a good size and the bed is super comfy.The hotel information says there is a restaurant but it is actually a cafe open from 6.30am until 2.30pm . There is a limited bar menu to have in the lounge/bar/pool bar area for afternoon and Evening. The food is good but above average price. The food assembly hall is just 5mins walk away. Reception for the hotel is on floor 5. This is an open area opposite the bar so it's extremely difficult to hear in this area, especially for evening check in when the pianist/singer is playing. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful in the main. A couple of tricky exchanges from one staff member on reception in particular was offset by exceedingly good customer care and service from Dominique who was empathetic and was not combative, she has obviously been trained very well and cared for the customer experience. The hotel is located perfectly, it's near the hustle of down town but away from the noise.

The "restaurant" was limited the night we tried it out. Could absolutely not eat the salad because it was saturated in salt. My husband had pasta dish that awful. Took two bites and couldn't eat. Service was not good. Staff never offered us a water, had to request. It was loud at night. Sheets had stain on them when we arrived. Definitely not a 5 star even if new hotel. Would not stay there again.

Great stay. Only 1 block off of Broadway. Super comfortable bed, amazing hot shower with great water pressure, absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommend!!

The location was great as we could easily walk to the shops, restaurants and points of interests in Nashville. The staff at Tempo were very professional and personable, making us feel welcome and appreciated. The hotel is beautiful, clean and inviting.

Newer property, decent pool area, good location near Broadway but away from the chaos, nice lobby area with bar. Spacious and comfortable room, Need better signage on the ground floor for lobby directions. Parking was overpriced and expensive at $55 a day. Would definitely return without a car.
