You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Location is excellent to get to everything. Interstate, shopping, tons of restaurants, gyms, movies. Literally everything. Close enough to walk to downtown Murfreesboro as well.
The space
Nice living room with 55" TV, soft futon, nice recliner and tables. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal. Traditional coffee pot, not Keurig, but it has a reusable coffee filter.
Bedroom is a queen.

Right side of duplex. All to yourself.
Other things to note
The futon can be used for additional sleeping, unzip the back to pull out the support legs to brace the back of it.
Kitchen has a desk that is electric standing or sitting desk adjustable.
