We needed two rooms for one night. Room number one a remote control would turn on the TV but would not do anything else. At all. We called down to the desk and person said all I can put you in another room. We said we're already unpacked and getting ready for the evening can't you just send us up a new remote? Or send up somebody to program it? The guy said well I'm the only one here and I can't leave. I can put you in another room if you want. Did not seem to care at all. I asked if you could send somebody up to help us transport our bags to the other room, and he said I'm the only one here and I can't leave. Interestingly, the next morning when we went down to get the shuttle for the airport, girl behind the desk said okay well we'll be leaving in a minute. I asked her who's going to be the driver and she said well I am. I'll just lock up the door and take you there. Kudos to her. Room number two, the telephone handset wouldn't work, so we couldn't even report that until the next morning when we're getting ready to leave.

I loved how decently priced the room was. It was not only huge but it was so clean and comfortable. I loved the option to connect your phone to the tv. When I found out the first pet is always free it made me want to only stay at RedRoof Inn during all my travels.

We very much enjoy our stay rooms were over all kept clean and comfortable, the planes were loud but had to be expected stay by an airport. I would stay again if we travel to Nashville in the future!! Thank you and the staff very much !!

The price point was better than others with being close to the airport. It was clean, no complaints there. The beds are pretty small for two adults in one bed.
