This cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located within walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Nashville.

Located in the popular Lockeland Springs neighborhood in East Nashville, this space offers a great combination of location, privacy, relaxation, and value! Featuring an open floor plan, high ceilings, and lots of windows, you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable respite away from home, yet still be just minutes from the action!

This 475 square foot space has two rooms, with a comfy new queen bed, a roomy sofa that is large enough to sleep one person, a private bathroom, a small living area adjacent to the bed, and a sitting/eating area, with a table and chairs.

Includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, Keurig machine (coffee included), microwave oven, and hot/cold filtered water.

*Note: This unit does not have a kitchen.*

** Update: We're installing a small kitchenette in this unit in April 2021. It will have a sink, utensils, cookware and dishes. There will be a small hot plate and toaster oven, but no range or stove. **

There is a washer and dryer available for use inside the unit.

The space is adjacent to our renovated 1896 home, and has a completely separate, private entrance. It is on the second story, up one flight of stairs.

Check-in/out: 4PM/11AM (exceptions can usually be made to accommodate your schedule if coordinated in advance with me).

Less than a 2-minute walk:

- Italia - pizza, pasta, Mediterranean

This property is amazing! The location is perfectly situated in East Nashville with lots of charm and character. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and clean! It was so peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I needed
Such a cute, cozy place with plants was perfect for me and my friend. We enjoyed everything from the lights and the garden area to the heated floors in the bathroom. The place was easy to find and close to downtown. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I will stay here again for sure.❤️😁

Really enjoyed this VRBO. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated. Perfect size for me and my boyfriend. We were visiting family in the neighborhood so this was easy walking distance to them, but also to coffee shops, small bars, restaurant and other shops. Easy walk to 5 points and short drive into downtown.

My husband and I were visiting Nashville for the first time. This place was perfect! It was cozy quite/relaxed setting, and had everything we needed. We were close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and bars. Bobby, the host, was always available if we needed something, immediately receptive to tx messages. My husband and I arrived several hours early, and Bobby was so kind to let us check in early. I would definitely stay at Bobby's place again!!!

Cool, clean comfy and quiet.
I spent 9 days here, which is a long time to spend anywhere other than your own home. I was in town for business and looked forward to coming back to this very well appointed quiet and most importantly cool apartment each evening. Very close to two fabulous restaurants and in a neighborhood where you could walk at all hours and enjoy the architecture whilst feeling totally safe. I would recommend to anybody.

The perfect spot for everything.
First time to Nashville and this place was perfect. Close to downtown, close to Opryland and everything in between. We had a rental car but also used Uber to go downtown. Cost was less than $15 each way. Bobby was the best. Keeps in touch and does all he can to make your stay enjoyable. The little apartment itself was immaculate. Clean, stocked well, cool enough, hot enough and just perfect for our 4 night stay. You won't go wrong and when we go back I won't even bother looking for another VRBO...this place will be it!!!
