You and your friends will be close to everything when you stay in our Franklin-central located duplex. Enjoy the mid-century modern, open-concept living space on the first floor with a full kitchen, and 6-seater dining table, and relax on the comfy sectional. Mosey upstairs for the night and enjoy two full baths, a king-size bed, two twin beds, and a queen. Our space is child friendly and stocked with every little thing you might need.

The house is two miles from the heart of Downtown Franklin, and a brief bike ride to parks and playgrounds. Our house is less than 5 min away from cafes, parks, museums, shops, and restaurants. A great location for you to discover Franklin the best way.

Guests have access to 2.5 baths (2 showers, 1 bath, 3 toilets), a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds, open and bright living room space, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The unit is equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker with coffee, teas, sugar, and cream, and a TV with free access to streaming services (YouTube, HBO Max, Netflix & Amazon Prime) to make your stay comfortable.

Our house is BABY/TODDLER FRIENDLY! We are stocked with all of the essentials:
- Pack ‘n Play + sheets and blankets
- Bath time necessities (wash, lotion, pitcher, temp checker, diaper cream, washcloths)
- Toys (books, coloring supplies, puzzles, etc.)
- High chair & booster seat

Great spot in Franklin
Very nice, updated property, convenient to Franklin and easy to get to Nashville. Overall a great experience. Some VRBO's we have stayed at had condiments available. Other than salt and pepper and olive oil, there was nnothing. So

Child friendly Franklin house
My husband and I, our toddler and my parents flew out for a wedding we were attending in Nashville. This house was the most child accommodating place we have ever stayed in… from books to toys to an extra child lock on the front door to sippies and plates my daughter felt so at ease here. Located off a very convenient street to downtown Franklin we never got lost and had plenty of dining and stores nearby. Highly recommend for couples or families!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The pictures do it no justice. The house is perfect for just about Everything. So comfortable and homey! I agree with a previous post, it felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Beds were clean and comfortable. The whole house was immaculate and roomy. Perfect location, close to Franklin and Leipers’ Fork. Very thoughtful extras. If ever in the area we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location.
If you’re looking for a place just outside the city, this is it! I was there for a wedding ceremony in Franklin and reception in Spring Hill. It was only a 30 minute ride to Nashville and downtown Franklin had some cute shops and places to eat and drink. The house was extremely clean and the check in and check out process was extremely smooth. The host was easy to communicate with.

The house was perfect for our group. It was very comfortable and roomy. Some light bulbs were burnt out which could have been better. One night the power was going off and on but not sure what the cause for that would have been. Could have used some storage bags for food but made do. Beds were very comfortable and living room configuration worked great for our group of 4. Thank you so much!

Perfect Family Wedding place
Amazing property and so close to my new favorite town, Franklin! Super convenient also to our wedding venue at Homestead Manor in Thomson Station.
