Overall we had a decent stay however there were minor issues. The staff was mostly excellent particularly front desk staff and restaurant staff. Housekeeping was hit or miss. Some days they did a nice job but other days weren’t as good. They often didn’t clean the room until 4:30 in the afternoon when we were trying to freshen up before going out to dinner. One day they were so late we just put the do not disturb sign on the door and skipped housekeeping. The location was nice, close enough to Broadway but far enough that we had no issue with neighborhood noise. The floors in the common areas and in our room weren’t that clean and were sticky. The room itself was a nice size and nicely decorated.

This is our second time staying here. We love the property, close walk to Broadway and the staff were great to work with! Love the atmosphere at Fins, great food too. Cathy was so friendly and helpful.
