It is separate from the main house located 1.1 miles south of the Square on Main Street in downtown Franklin. There is a private office space on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs is a private modern bathroom, studio style open floor plan with spacious bedroom with a full bed and daybed, with a trundle bed, a fully equipped kitchen and den with ample seating. Off the den is a spacious, private deck with seating. With amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, a washer/dryer machine, and an iron, guests will have a pleasant stay.
