Vrbo didn't have correct listing or contact
I had no contact and had to spend hours with Vrbo to get my refund. Trip was planned and we bought tickets for a weekend event. I ended up with no room to stay on Valentines Day. Vrbo got my money back. I would think Vrbo should verify ownership and contact information of properties they list. I never received contact from owner and the contact info on Vrbo wasn't correct.

Fun in Nashville
We had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends who live in Nashville. We loved this property for its location, cleanliness and parking availability! We didn’t even get a chance to use the pool. We will definitely be back!
