Perfect location and place to help with College move in!
We chose this rental to stay because it was just about 10/20 minutes from everything in Nashville and our daughter’s college. We needed space to relax and sleep and not be on top of each other and room to pack up her belongings. Living room was perfect for sorting out all the items we had to buy. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious for getting some space from the group if needed. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Major shopping was also only 10-15 minutes from the house. I also had space to set up a laptop and monitor to work remotely and the internet worked perfectly. Great food nearby as well if you don’t want to be downtown. We hope to rent again next year for move out/move in.

Roomy and very good location to wherever you want to go exploring. Super cute and family friendly. Great back yard with plenty of activities for adults and kids. 3 mins to downtown Broad Street!

We picked this location because of the outside space. However, the gate was broken and we could not get into the backyard. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon!

AMAZING
This property was one of the greatest I’ve ever stayed at! The owner was awesome and replied quickly to my questions. The house was just the cutest and had a reasonable rate. We had everything we needed at our finger tips, it’s just a short Uber ride to Broadway and music row. Will definitely reach back out to this property owner when we return next year!

Nice space with plenty of sleeping options.
This space had plenty of sleep options which we liked. Though the spaces could use some more functional furniture in addition to beds such as dressers or other surfaces for what we bought with us. Also found the TVs mounted a little too high, though this might be as a precaution for damage. Kitchen has useful appliances and cookware that we used to make food a few nights, would prefer if there was a full size trash bin. Gaining access to VRBO is very easy, but the automatic lock is a little touchy and sounded an alarm when we bumped into it. Unit was perfectly clean and host has very convenient check out/cleanup process. Games and outdoor patio is a nice touch when the weather is nice. Bathrooms are in good shape and water / HVAC works well. Neighborhood that unit is nested in is ok, but nearby there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as being fairly central to Nashville points of interest. Spent a good portion of a day at fat bottom brewery which is just a couple blocks away. Would recommend for those interested in Nashville outings.

Great property with a few issues
The house was very clean and cute. Enough space for everyone. Unfortunately couldn't use back yard as the grass was too high. Upstairs bedrooms had no power in outlets. My brother was able to reseed the breaker but it may need replaced. Couldn't find a toaster so we used broiler for all breakfast toasted items. Alarm went crazy around 6am on our final day and we couldn't shut it off. Finally figured out the smoke detector battery was dead so we had to disconnect it to get the alarm off. Other than that we enjoyed the house. Thank you for everything.

Cute house
Cute house close to everything that Nashville has to offer. Neighbor was friendly and sweet, neighborhood is up and coming so does have some roughness to it. Living room was small for the 5 of us. All in all would stay again.
