Staff were amazing, super helpful and kind. Our room was clean and felt super homey. Our bed was so comfortable we almost didn’t want to get out of it and stay in for the last day of our trip.

Definitely do not stay here !!
The room was dirty and smelled musty...The sheets(black marks) there were pieces of bread crust and black hairs between the wood frame that the mattress sat on. I actually went around matress and cleaned. I also went and bought lysol so i could spray the room. Floors hadn't been swept. I have stayed at La quinta, before, and it was not like that. However, the employees were very nice. Don't get me wrong. I did not expect a 4 star hotel, but it should clean.

VERY HORRIBLE STAFFING. RUDE & NO ONE IS DOING THEIR JOB. IVE SEEN THE MAIDS AT THE POOL MORE TIMES THEN THEYVE COME BY MY ROOM (ONCE (and I’ve been here for a week and a half)).

Management was very rude for an establishment that wasn’t very clean/tidy. Every issue I had (no towels (maid service never came by and I stayed a week), new trash bags requested, vending machine ate my money, ceiling leaking, heat wasn’t working & there’s a blizzard outside). I didn’t overly complain, more so questioned if anything could be done in regards to standard needs (respectfully) & the management always rebuttal’d or cut me off to ask if I was the problem first, before even letting me finish my sentence. How could I be the problem & I’m not on staff? ABSOLUTELY HATED MY STAY HERE. CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE.

I loved howbig the room was. It wascozy and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a plus aswell. The only thing I was disappointed in was the indoor pool was not heated. It was freezing. Other than that our stay was great.

The pungent smell of marijuana hits you in the face the moment you enter the hotel. Elevators are down and you’re forced to take the stairs. Bathroom smells like it’s been urinated all over it and not cleaned properly. Windows in the room was smeared and dirty. We left immediately.

I will start up with the positives. It was a great value, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, however, the elevator was broken, and there was a lot of garbage near the venting areas also the carpets were dirty and needed to be vacuumed and shampooed I feel as if they may have been shortstaffed. The front desk clerk was exceptionally kind. Would I stay again yes. You get what you pay for.

Hotel close to major highways. Rooms clean. Didn’t like that hot tub jets broken, dryer broken, table in eating area broken and stayed that way for the time we were there, no Kleenex boxes in room, and breakfast was mediocre. Would not stay again. Disappointing!

I stay in hotel rooms around the country about 80 nights/year. This was by far the noisiest ever. Endless traffic noise outside the window. Got NO sleep. Will never return.
