The pictures online are misleading! The room smelled as soon as we opened the door. The pool was closed. Missing part to the coffee pot. The breakfast was not good at all. Totally disappointed!

Could not believe this was a la Quinta! What a shamble. And on top of it, the breakfast was the worst we've ever experienced.

Almost not fit enough to just sleep for the night.
Looks to possibly be renovating the hotel but really for sure. If not it desperately needs it. Only stayed over to lay my head, if it would have been for anything else i probably would have canceled room stay. I honestly thought about driving the rest of the way.

nastiest place i've ever stayed
weather was great, the hotel was the nastiest place i've ever been in my life, we stayed 1 night and asked for a refund the 2nd night.. moldy tubs, our room was behind a dumpster, bugs, our suitcases are currently in the yard at our house, we can't bring them in the house

Staff was nice, breakfast was typical but good. Room was full of dust, there was a hole in the middle of the mattress, mold in the bathroom. The tub has what I assume was a giant hole since the base was in the shape of a V but they had 3-4 layers of non skid tape on the bottom of it. Best part that there was no bugs.

i didn’t like how the room stinked so bad like cigarettes even if they had a no smoking policy. what’s the point of the $50 fee for no smoking if people leave the rooms smelling DISGUSTING!!

This place was so filthy. There was mold, cob webs broken light fixtures and no light in the shower.Outside was trashed with vagrants wandering. We went back and declined the room. We were fortunate enough to find another hotel. Remove this from your list of places to stay.

It had bed bugs in the first room. We got switched, 2nd room we found a cockroach and then killed it. No more bugs after that. I guess it could’ve been worse but just not a big fan tbh

Don’t judge a book by its cover… this property is undergoing major renovations. From first impressions the outside looks run down and derelict… however it is being prepped for a fresh coat of paint and total refresh. The lobby area/reception and dining area has already been completed, as have the majority of the rooms which compare to other lower priced properties like a Hampton or Comfort Inn. The only real complaints I have are: No refrigerator or microwave in room. Hot water was non existent my first day however that was fixed by the second day. The pool was also closed due to the renovations so that was a huge negative with the Nashville heat. The staff was excellent and the renovation workers were considerate of the guests and kept the construction noise to a minimum. This property is a 10 minute drive to Broadway and a $15.00 Uber ride. For less than $75.00 a night for a 2 Queen Room you really can’t go wrong . The continental breakfast is very basic, howler there is a Waffle House on the property and a Cracker Barrel a 2 minute walk away do breakfast is easily accessible.

Well to start with the smell inside the lobby was horrible. The gentleman behind the desk was nice and friendly. Good service from him. When we went to the room there was a musty smell. The mattress needs to be in the garbage. The stains,the rips,cigarette burns and the coils must have been broken as the mattress has a bug sag in it. To bad i cant attach pictures of it. Also looked like low income housing. Also the front awning looks like its falling down. I dont know how you would say that its a good place to stay. Not worth the stars it has received. Very disappointed with this hotel. STAY AWAY
