Here is a detailed description of the home for you to gain a better understanding of our layout and set up:
Main Level
- The front porch is simply stunning and a great place to sit and enjoy a drink with friends while looking out upon TN rolling hills and woodlands.
- The foyer contains a large coat closet which is the home to 2 x Twin Rollaway beds that can be rolled into the living room if you need additional beds to sleep on. It also has a 1/2 bathroom for anyone needing the restroom on the main level.
- The formal dining room has a lovely dining table that comfortably seats 8 people.
- The breakfast area has a dining table that seats 6 and also has 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. This room has direct access to the back porch where you with find the gas grill and the 3 person hot tub nestled under some ambient cafe lights.
- The kitchen has everything you’d expect or need for prepping a family meal and a good size pantry to store any groceries. Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig and Drip Coffee machines and more…
- The living room enjoys a lovely gas fireplace and 2 large comfy couches to relax and unwind. 2 of the roll-away beds can be wheeled into this room for additional sleeping space if necessary.
- The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, plenty of clothes hanging space, mops, vacuum, iron, steamer etc.
Upstairs
- Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, 2 x Twin Rollaway Beds, a large walk-in closet, big flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 3 beds).
- Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, large flat screen TV and spacious closet.
- Bedroom #3 has 2 x Full Size Beds laid out in Bunk style with a Twin Trundle that pulls out beneath. (Sleeps up to 5 people on 3 beds).
- Bathroom #2 located in the corridor serves bedrooms 2 & 3.
Basement
- The Entertainment Room is an expansive area full of excitement and things to do. Relax in the lounging chairs, comfy window seats or bar stools while you watch the big screen TV, play pool, table tennis, shuffleboard or even start up a Karaoke session on our Karaoke machine! It is also the home of our truly custom Twin Bunk Beds with privacy curtains. (Sleeps up to 6 people on 6 beds).
- Games Room #2 is the hang for a great game of cards or one of our many board games around our card table. There is also a stand up arcade machine and basketball shooter!
- Bathroom #3 is a full size bathroom with large walk-in shower. This serves as the bathroom for the 6 folks sleeping in our custom bunks!
- Access outdoors from the entertainment room takes you to a covered porch that has seating and serves as a good spot for a game of corn hole. Enjoy sitting on the Adirondack chairs around the gas fire pit, all nicely illuminated with the outdoor cafe rope lights!
Location
- We are 30 minutes from Nashville and surrounded by quaint small towns and villages to explore.
- The town of Kingston Springs has cute cafe’s, restaurants & antique stores to explore.
- There are lots of hiking opportunities close by, several parks and multiple access points to the Harpeth River for kayaking and Canoeing etc.
- One of our favorite places to visit is known as ‘The Land’. It is a stunning English Gardens and authentic cafe’ bistro serving traditional English fares and you can even book private ‘High Tea’ servings for most sized groups!

Here are a couple of final notes to be aware of as you determine whether we are a great fit for your vacation needs:
*Please note that the driveway is relatively steep. In the case of the rare and few occasions that TN has freezing and Icy conditions it may not be possible for you to drive up the driveway and we would recommend you park on the rd and walk up to the home. Please be sure to purchase travel insurance if this is a concern of yours.
*There are multiple steps that must be climbed to the front door. If steps are something someone in your group can’t climb or descend, then this property should not be booked.
