When traveling, MUST-HAVE items are important-convenient location, good pricing, nice-clean-quiet accommodations, comfy bed, and hot showers. I also expect a smooth check-in. Although this flat was in a congested area and beside a construction zone, it was relatively quiet. There are no lovely views, but I booked for space & location. The flat did not disappoint! It was minutes away from restaurants & the historical sites on my agenda. It was modern, beautifully decorated, spacious - & an excellent option for travelers wanting to be together. Prior to our trip, all communication with Jurny was good. I had a major concern about check-in after reading a review. This trip was planned to take my 84 year old mother sightseeing. After 8-9 hrs of travel, rest was important. Locating the rear garage entrance was difficult due to the narrow alleyways, especially with the construction site equipment & bricks laying about (this should improve soon). Once we found the entrance, our code would not work. After 10-15 minutes, we entered behind a worker's truck. Then the code would not allow building or elevator entrance. Painters on site assisted us inside, and called the project manager. Thankfully, we could enter the flat. Janie helped us secure a new code from Jurny, but it took several hours to do so. Basically, we were trapped inside for hours, hungry & tired, knowing we would have no reentry if we exited. My advice, get a local ph number in advance. Our stay was lovely after Day 1.
