This hotel was a pleasant surprise. New, extremely clean & updated modern made it a wonderful stay at a very reasonable price. A cocktail bar & breakfast dining put it off the charts nice. Thank you.

Hotel is modern, clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, with an omelet station, which was a surprise. Rooms were clean, modern and had plenty of linen and bath resources. Very happy with the hotel.

Hello, we arrived at your facility on Friday night. Saturday morning when we woke up we tried pulling the shade up to look out the window. The shade fell down. It was hanging on by blue masking tape. Caleb went to the front desk to tell them, and the guy had said that when we were out and about they would have it fixed. When we arrived back at 4pm on Saturday, they took the shade but had not fixed it. Caleb went to the front counter to tell them because we had no privacy out of the windows. They said they would send their maintenance man in. When he walked in, he pulled the back shade down because it wouldn’t budge and it felt on HIS head. Your worker. He then hung it up and told us not to pull on it. We left the shade down for the remainder of our stay. When we woke up to start packing my (Kaytee) shoes were under the window. I bent over to pack my shoes and your whole window shade with the huge heavy rod came falling down on my head. I called Caleb who was packing the car and asked him to stop at the front desk AGAIN. This would be the third time that we had to mention it to someone. Our children could have been hurt if they were there. The front desk said we could talk to the manager. She was very nice and sweet to us, and we appreciated it. She refunded 1 night stay, which is fair. I think the whole stay should have been refunded. The shade rod had screws sticking out of it that could have pierced my head. 10-20-2024
