Had a medical procedure scheduled there in Nashville, booked the room, diagnosed with another medical condition 1 day before check in, Needed to reschedule the procedure, I contacted Expedia and Hyatt House, I informed them I would be staying with them during rescheduled procedure time period and they refused to cancel the reservation without charging me. I am very dissatisfied with this level of customer care from a highly rated hotel.

I liked the location until I actually was checkedin - the rooms are loud - the carpet is pulling up where you enter the room - the bathroom was not clean - the shower curtain liner was stained and ripped. The door to the bathroom was so heavy I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get it open. The staff was rude - the reservation I booked came with free parking but they wouldn't allow anyone to park for free except the "guest of the day" supposively. Just not a good experience - I go back to Nashville often and will not be staying here again.

Over the front desk staff were great and sweet lovely ladies. The cleaning stuff were a mixture of nice and mean. In the elevator I over heard two women in Spanish talking about Americans. The bedsheets were dirty with yellow and blue stains.

The carpet on our floor was dirty and ripped. Our room carpet had stains. Beds were fair, nothing to brag about. The pillows were not comfortable. One elevator was out of service and this morning the cleaning g staff were monopolizing the elevators and a lot of people were trying to check out. Paid over $800.00 for 2 nights and another $78.00 just to park in their garage at a so so hotel is ridiculous. I won’t again
