Even the nicest hotels become a nightmare when the beds are uncomfortable. Hilton brand hotels are becoming infamous for beds as hard as a concrete slab. Hilton…. Please upgrade your beds so that folks with back problems can stay in your hotels and give a great review about your beds!

Property not as advertised. Room appeared clean in some area however the toilet has a permanent stain in the bowl. The ventilation air vents are rusted or dirty. The gym was under construction but open to guests or even children. The dust, debris and the workout equipment is all accessible at your own leisure with signs but no actual safety precautions for disabled youth guests who may not read or understand the paper signs. The swimming pool also needs to be repaired. The pool material is concrete however it is sharp and pointy in different areas the 5ft pool needs to be resurfaced. Staff was not accommodating rude even on arrival the front desk was unattended apparently the attendant was away and left the valet at the front. I waited a good ten minutes for her to return and the assistant manager was also rude and condescending. He attempted to place blame on the third party for the bait and switch. I spoke with the attendant on arrival about my discovery the day before New Years so I was understanding and waited to have it fixed the following day. The assistant manager refused to fix the problem yet offered to charge for an additional room to which I declined I decided to check out early because of all the issues with the room size, the staffs response the building issues and the attitude of the manager. At check out the assistant manager says “can I rectify the issue”.I politely refused reminding him of the prior days refusal. Stay away from this place

Restroom vanity lights wasn’t working. Fan wasn’t working. Shower was dirty and deplorable condition. Bedsheets were dirty, they had a lots of small hairs on them.

Very nice hotel, thin wall's
Hotel was small but very nice, very clean and friendly staff. Next time I will check to see if it is dog friendly or not though. Walls are very thin and we were up till 2am listening to people talk on one side and argue on the other side of us and everyone around us had at least 1 to 2 dogs with them. Once 1 dog got barking all 5 of them were barking. I know it is not the hotels fault. However i will do more research. Good for a quick last minute booking. The room was very nice. We had a king bed with a couch and small kitchen. It was so clean and comfy.

Everything about our experience was great! We came into town to catch a Vanderbilt basketball game and explore Nashville. It was a 5 min walk to the game and the concierge van took us to and from downtown. The rooms are clean, very spacious, smell so nice and our had a great view! The breakfast spread had a lot of variety and the staff kept everything fresh!

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and beautiful decor. Included breakfast was very good. Only negative was cleanliness - the pull out bed had chips in the bedding and was clearly not washed. Also the hallways of our floor had food and crumbs everywhere.
