Loved The Hotel, but it does have some shortcomings. I am not a big STARBUCKS customer, but when I want a cup of coffee I want a cup of coffee and to be CLOSED at 2 o’clock in the afternoon ?? Plus the BAR didn’t have any either !!

Rooftop outdoor area is unreal. Plenty of space no matter how busy they are..only complaint is either the Plummer drilled the faucet too far away from sink or designer ordered to short a faucet. I can barely get ur hands under it. Unreal hotel and will stay there every time for convenience of flying out. Woke up 1hr 15 mins before flight and made it easy..ur right there.
