This is a convenient stop when heading to Fl Quick off on highway 24. Nearby gas station and Wendy’s across the street. They gave me some water , bagel and apple to go early because we had to leave before breakfast. Will definitely return!

The gentleman that checked us in was rude and did not tell me the room number just handed me the key with the number on it. He told me nothing about how to access the wifi and nothing about when breakfast was. I also had to ask where the elevator was to even get up to our room. The room and hotel smelt like moldy cleaning products.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES!
I am a former PROMUS employee and have stayed with our then brands (Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn) for 30+ years. This hotel was "ok" and definitely not the "standard" from back in the day... which is a bit disturbing considering how things have progressed over time. I also understand that the chain is now Hilton brand and some franchised so a LOT has changed; but excellence should never not be a standard.

This was supposed to be a highly rated hotel. The room I was given was on the 1st floor and was for handicapped. The room was dirty, dust & garbage by air conditioner unit, sheets were damp and the shower tile gross. The lobby smelled like strong cleaning fluid. Would never stay at a Hampton again. I would rather sleep in my car!!! Don’t stay here.

It looked like Hampton bought a motel 6 and tried to make it look like a Hampton/Hilton property. Very dissatisfied with the hotel.
