I didn't have a car this trip and my next trip ill be driving. I do not like that they charge for parking. I think its tacky when you are paying for a room. I'll stay somewhere else when I drive. There are many other hotels.

Shuttle was very convenient. Wish they had free coffee available. Breakfast and the evening reception could have better offerings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms weren’t the cleanest-old bottles and dust/dirt behind dresser. Bathroom tub didn’t fully drain. Fridge didn’t have temp adjustment froze everything placed in it.

The only people that I came encountered with that could speak english was the front desk. All other staff especially the cleaning staff could not speak english. Shower curtain had spots of mold on it.

I am an author and was there on a research trip wanting to get inside the hotel since I have a few scenes from a few books set there. The staff was very helpful to this effect. Everything was very clean and delightful! And the food was adequately priced and delicious!

My husband and I drove down to Nashville Tn for my birthday. As soon as we entered into the hotel lobby, we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. The front desk clerk informed us of different amenities and late night food options nearby.The hotel restaurant food was amazing and the restaurant staff were very professional and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a great stay at the Embassy hotel!!!!
