Meanwhile, the Adjourn’s sunlit living room, ample seating, and well-stocked coffee bar can be the perfect location for meetings, meals, songwriting sessions, or board games.

Mason Lofts is a 4-story boutique aparthotel conveniently located in West End. It offers the quiet calm of a residential neighborhood while being less than 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Broadway and downtown. Mason Lofts provides the opportunity to live like a local with a service, and mindful luxury of a hotel.
Access instructions to the building will be provided the day before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Access is via smart locks. Guests will be given a code for the common areas and another code for the condo itself.
We do a thorough check of the property before each stay, making sure everything is spotless, stocked, and functioning properly. We respect your space and privacy during your stay, but we're always nearby and ready to help with any questions or concerns (and can be contacted 24/7 in case of emergencies).
West End is a quiet and charming neighborhood, within walking distance to Centennial Park and the Parthenon, bars and restaurants on West End Ave, and Vanderbilt University and Medical Center. And you’ll be a short drive away from Belmont University, the Nashville Opera, Sylvan Park, McCabe Golf Course, and plenty of great local neighborhoods to explore, such as Hillsboro Village, 12 South, and Wedgewood Houston. You can also get to Broadway and downtown Nashville in less than 10 minutes.

★ All units are rented on a short-term basis, therefore weekends can be noisy due to large groups in the building. We also manage the unit directly above this one, so please inform your host if your upstairs neighbors are being loud.
Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, play mat, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.
At checkout, we kindly ask guests to take out the trash, turn off the lights, log out of all streaming accounts, place all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, start a quick wash, and start a load of laundry (dirty towels). Checkout instructions will also be found in a "survival" guide on the TV console, along with our recommendations and everything you need to know about your stay in Nashville.

Your Humming Host
Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- This building is pet-free
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. ~Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
- No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
