First appearance was great, then notice alot of air freshers, breakfast was awesome, rooms were not that clean, black hairs in bed, towels. Had new towels one day but took bath rug then next day no towels, then started finding what looked liked lady bugs on the walls, curtains and last day they were in the bed.

Beds were comfortable, and the place was conveniently by the 40 but still about 20 minutes from broadway. We got checked in and the first room the hot water didn’t work at all, so we swapped rooms. The second room had the same issue but did eventually warm up after about 10-15 minutes of having it all the way on hot. Idk if it was a 5th floor issue or what, but we realized the next day our door also didn’t shut all the way and wouldn’t lock. Overall not our best experience but it was fine. Check in and check out was easy. The breakfast was good.

Fabulous Place, Fantastic Rates
Brand-new from top to bottom in soft, welcoming colors. Friendly staff, comfortable beds w/ample pillows in soft & firm options. The room was nearly perfect! Very spacious w/ separate seating area, plenty of storage, large TV that connected to blue tooth so I could listen to Pandora, excellent water pressure, large shower w/ many temp options. I had to mess w/ the thermostat because I couldn't get the temp right - switched back & forth between AC & heat, but it wasn't an issue b/c it brought the room to the temp I wanted in a matter of minutes. The pool was ok. Clean and convenient, but quite small & housed in a pretty dark, enclosed room, but still served my purpose. Breakfast was good. I wouldn't say it was the greatest, but they had several hot options besides waffles, & the option of regular or blueberry batter was a nice addition. Better than most, not as great as a few others. The rooms are surprisingly quiet because you can hear the TV in the next room clearly from the hall, but not really in the room. Several different shades from light-filtering to full black-out. Was happy to have a fridge, microwave, & coffee pot. This cost a fraction of other hotels in the area & well worth it. Housekeeping could be better, more consistent. She skipped making the bed & cleaning the 1st day, but replenished towels, coffee, emptied garbage, etc. 2nd day she made the bed & replenished, but the counter/sink were obviously not wiped down. There was enough parking, too. Would stay again

It is a brand new hotel, so everything around looks good and smell good, but the staff missing qualifications to do properly their job. Front desk agents are unfriendly and housekeeping service it’s not good; I found a lot of issues about the cleanliness: hairs, dust, finger prints, water stains and cleaning rags stains, crumbs on the carpet, etc, etc. Also my room was full of ladybugs, walking and flying everywhere!
