Beautiful hotel great location but key things missing……..Stafff was impersonal, unengaged, unhelpful and slightly rude. They did not greet you or engage what so ever on check in or check-out.. Everytime I saw them they were on their phones from the valets to check in desk to bar staff. The roof top bar was beautiful and scenic but again the staff had very little interest in serving you and had to seek them aggressively to get noticed. we have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one has a lot of potential but this staff clearly needs training in customer service and hospitality. One example….. when we checked in we had not eaten for hours and asked if there was any protein type snacks available. The desk clerk gave me a prepared sandwich for the microwave but then said ,,,oh there’s no microwave to cook it! Definitely disappointing experience but the hotel itself was very nice.

Cambria Downtown Nashville a winner
We stayed atbthe Cambria in downtown Nashville. The hotel had a cool vibe, very clean and a great location. We were able to walk to Broadway where all the clubs are and able to walk to other surrounding restaurants, museums and stores. For attrations like the Grand Ole Opry, we just Ubered. The hotel was located above the Nashhouse Saloon & Spoon which had great food. Rooms were quiet despite being on a busy street. Smaller sized pool off 5th floor, but it did the trick. Camvria also had a bar/restaurant across from the pool as well that has entertaiment. I'm picky and I'd stay again.

Great Stay. Enjoyed It. Think having to pay an additional $50 to park after paying over $300 per night is a little much and kind of brings the hotel level down a bit.

Center of downtown. My room was not ready yet per cleaning, so the hostess gave me two free drink tickets at the bar. Very hospitable and helpful staff, answered any questions I had. Within walking distance of Broadway Ave and other attractions.
