Clean & Neat
The room was clean and neat. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The fact that this hotel is a non-smoking establishment and pets are not allowed makes the room smell clean and fresh. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and good for one night stay
This is a good one night stop over on a longer trip. The rooms were updated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The window could be more insulated to prevent outside noise. The shower needs a small shelf to put soap.

Great place to stay
I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and courteous, my room was very clean and comfortable the location was great. I like that it was very convenient to get to the stores also they have breakfast. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Franklin TN.

Breakfast was outstanding, always consistent and well stocked. The room was clean and looked recently refurbished, but lacked modern electrical device charging outlets. The shower soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. We received soap bars, but there were no shelves or receptacles to place the bottles or soaps on. Staff was friendly and helpful.
