Newly renovated 2,464 SF property plus 700 SF game room in Eastward Look. This Split level raised ranch has Central A/C, new furnishings & appliances. Linens and Towels included! 6 Queen Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. New washer/dryer, full kitchen with new appliances. Large deck with propane grill and 2 patio sets with umbrellas, outdoor shower and a fire pit. 2 Large living rooms, large leather couch, sleeper sofa, top of the line Wi-Fi, Foosball, pool table, and Ping-Pong table. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, boogie boards, corn hole and bocce are just some of the many amenities that make this your luxury vacation home.

This is a great property for those with trouble climbing too many stairs:
The top floor has a Living Room, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and opens up to an expansive backyard deck with a Propane Grill. The front door is at ground level, so there are only 6 steps to get to the top floor and 6 steps to get to the lower level where there are 3 additional bedrooms, a secondary living, and a full bathroom.

0.8 miles to Scarborough State Beach 2 Pavilions (North & South), Hot & Cold Showers, 75 Picnic Tables (North & South), Large Paved Parking Lot, Concrete Boardwalk with Gazebos and Observation Tower, grassy play area, Lifeguard on duty 9:00 am to 6:00 pm(seasonally). To get to Scarborough beach, you can either walk down Burnside Avenue (on the sidewalk) to the beach, or you can walk in the neighborhood, down Glendale Rd. to Greene Lane to a cut-through next to 24 Greene Lane and over to Angell Road and directly to Scarborough Beach. (about 1/2 mile).

You are less than 2 miles away from Iggy’s Doughboys and Clam Cakes, Aunt Carrie’s Ice Cream and Spain Restaurant. Scarborough Summer Retreat
When you arrive your first impression is a good one. A large family has all the room they need. The house was clean and spacious. The only thing that was not pleasing to the eye were many rodent traps spread in house and outside. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent by the sea.

Family reunion
We had a family reunion with our children and grandchildren and this home was great! Just like the pictures. We were very happy with the cleanliness and walked to the beach everyday-it was about a 15 minute walk to Scarborough. The games in the garage were great. The only thing we needed and forgot was a baby gate. If we rent a beach house again this will be our first choice!

Great family friendly getaway
Our group of 4 families with 5 children ages 1-7 loved our one week stay in this comfortable, modern, well maintained and appointed home. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with cooking utensils and we were able to enjoy many meals together including great grilled food. Expandable dining room table was a plus and the adults loved the garage game room. The beach is a reasonable 10-15 minute walk. Property manager was responsive and the whole experience was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property.

Annual Family Reunion
We do 2 weeks at the beach for an annual reunion. My family rents a few houses in the area and this house worked out perfectly for my family. Plenty of space and an all-around great house!!

Family Vacation
We loved our stay with 6 adults and 3 kids. This house has a perfect set-up for our my family of 4, my brother's family of 3, and my parents and our dogs. The yard is not fully fenced, but provided a good amount of privacy considering how close the neighbors are. We loved the game room/garage on the rainy days and very close to Scarborough for beach days. Lots of beach supplies to use as well! There is also a path in the neighborhood to use to walk to Dad's for ice cream and nice big deck with 2 tables and plenty of seating. If we had to pick some downsides...the main house refrigerator has a broken drawer and the ice maker did not keep up with our usage (to be expected) so we just bought bags of ice. We could not figure out how to get the K-cup part of the coffee maker to work either. Also, the end bedroom in the basement doesn't get good AC flow, so we put a fan in the hallway to blow air in. None of these were a big deal and we worked around them. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Lovely house. Great location.
Group of work friends. House was spacious. Upkeep was as presented in pictures. Grill was great. Deck was nice. We didn't get to use outdoor space much because of rain but it was beautiful. 9 people very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Family vacation 2022
We had a great time! We received property details and check-information well ahead of time. Checking in and out was a breeze. The size and location of the house was perfect for our family. My sister and I had talked about a summer vacation with our two families for years and finally did it. This house worked out great for us. The young adults loved it so much they are asking us to do it again next year (and for two weeks). There were just a few minor things that could be fixed, the cabinet door to the trash fell off and the ice maker was broken, the bedroom and bathroom doors are thin and got stuck easily with the heat and humidity but other than that the property, ease of booking, communicating with the owner, and the location were great. The beach chairs, back porch, fire pit and the games (and cool chairs) in the garage were a plus!

Awesome Narragansett Vacation
Everything was just as described or better! We were a gathering of a 3 generation family who loves Scarborough Beach. The house was roomy, lots of indoor and outdoor space for the adults and 6 kids. We had a hot week, and the indoor ac made our inside time very comfortable. Beds were great, kitchen was well decked out, beach chairs and boogie boards were supplied, plenty of hot water for after beach showers, not a complaint from anyone about anything! We found a neighborhood cut through for walking to the beach or for evening ice cream that avoided a busier street to the beach. We'll be back!
