It's a great hotel for getting in and out of airport. There is shuttle service and it's surprisingly frequent!

Lovely stroll to the airport
Great stay next to the airport. There is the original building and the new building. Members can check in via the kiosk at the new building. There is a Lawson in the hotel which is great, but sometimes they get a bus load of tourists and it is crowded. Try the 7/11 which is a 5 min walk to the left. 10-15 min walk to the airport, just follow the pathway. There is a ghost that plays the baby grand piano at night and during breakfast 😁 500 yen car parking just don’t forget to ask the staff to swipe it! Front desk staff are amazing. I was so tired at check in but they were not deterred and kept encouraging me with the next steps and letting me know about the parking etc. They have buses to the airport but it’s so close. We decided to walk to terminal 3 and took the free airport bus to the next terminal. The hotel also has a bus to the airport which runs maybe every half hour. Highly recommended.

部屋の掃除が隅々まで行き届いていて、新館からは夜の空港の滑走路が見えました。ローソンもあり、夜食にも困らないし、朝食のチョイスも十分です。

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. It is very convenient to catch the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Hotel room is tiny but quite normal in Japan. Limited dining selection so everyone was lining up at the tiny Lawson store for food.

The breakfast has limited choice of foods. The transportation is limited, which has to take the shuttle to the airport and then take trains to Tokyo, which is not too convenient.
