The hotel was quiet. The bathrooms are slightly larger for a Japanese hotel. It is walkable to Narita Station and to the bus for Aeon Mall.

I always come to Richmond Narita when I land in Tokyo from Canada. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and there are great restaurants within walking distance. On this trip, we ate in the restaurant at the hotel which was also a very charming experience. We will come back.

A perfect stop on your way to or from Narita airport. If your flight arrives late or leaves very early this is a great way to reduce travel stress. Most flights from Australia arrive in the evening so staying here instead of travelling on further makes things SO much easier especially with kids. The staff here are wonderful and helpful. There are plenty of great dining options within a short walk.

Conveniently located few minutes away from main rail stations. Very close to restaurants and a well stocked grocery store not too far away by foot. Staff very helpful and friendly. Second time to stay in this hotel. Available complimentary shuttle to Narita but last service is at 10:45 in the morning - not too convenient for customers with flights later in the afternoon but the rail option is always available which is just a short walk away from hotel location.
