Complimentary breakfast buffet. Shuttles to and from airport, as well as shuttles for the shopping mall. Rooms are spacious. But bathroom kind of dated. Very kind and helpful staff. Convenience and souvenier shops in hotel. Great stay.

Check-in only be done at 2 pm and not earlier. I had 2 different books for 2 consecutive days but they won't let us stay in the same room. There isn't much restaurant or cafe close by. Everything is 15 min or more away. The shuttle bus was good to take you to airport and downtown but train stations are not close by.

Good Airport Hotel
Quite a nice airport hotel. The free shuttle service runs well. Great views of the airport from your window. It has a chemist and a convenience store inside the hotel. We got a 20% off voucher for the buffet dinner which is probably a standard offer. The buffet was not cheap but still good value for money. Some of the deserts ran out quite early. My only complaint is that you had to pay extra to use the swimming pool which was not clear to me at the time of booking.

The hotel is an excellent option for travellers who are arriving at Narita airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was extremely helpful. The dining options in the hotel are excellent and the meals are very good. There are stores in the hotel for additional convenience but they aren’t 24hrs so being mindful of arrival times and the buy your items before they close.
