The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff are very nice and polite, they have busses running every hour to the airport and also to Narita station and Aeon Mall. If you are new to Japan the location is very helpful since wherever you go in Tokyo just take the busses to Narita airport which there are plenty of in major areas then take the free shuttle back to the hotel. The train station and bus stations are also located at the airport so it's your main point of travel to and around major areas in Tokyo.I dont have a single complaint really. I loved my stay here and would gladly come back again.

Very disappointed, Unclean!
The hotel was very close to the airport and they had a shuttle that brings you to and from the airport. The sheets and towels were also very clean. Unfortunately, that is as far as I can go when it comes to compliments. Outside of the linens the hotel was not very clean. It was old but there were stains and mildew in the bathroom. I've stayed at 5 hotels during this trip and To u hotel was by far the dirtiest. There werearks on the walls and overall it was just not clean. There is also no water for guest unless you pay with cash as there are no convenience stores nearby. All in all of you can afford to spend a bit more, I recommend you do. It was pretty cheap and I only stayed for one night (less than 12 hours). It's definitely do-able, but if you are staying for more than one night, I'd suggest you go elsewhere.

Breakfast buffet was great and had plenty of options to choose from. Rooms are clean and spacious. Tried the restaurant in the lobby that was open late and food was delicious too. Also, the store was a nice place to shop.
