Stayed at overnight at Hotel Nikko Narita on arrival in Japan, before moving onto our destination. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were friendly and courteous and made the stay very comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita while visiting Japan and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Great service and they took care of your luggages for you. Good shuttle bus for local area. It is great for a 1 night stay around the airport for easy access. Breakfast options are great but there is a line up around 15mins before seating.

Very nice hotel strategically located near Narita Airport. Good for arriving or leaving Japan or exploring the area. Clean, well maintained, polite and professional staff even in the press of a bus load of guests arriving. Serena restaurant had very good menu options. Room in the annex was perfect - quiet, good beds, clean and very good value for money. Bathroom and amenities good and water pressure/towels just what is required.

As an airport hotel, I didn’t expect much anyway. It was in an isolated area and a very simple hotel but it worked perfectly for my purpose! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and they provided regular direct shuttle bus service. It was a great value.

Room smell of cigarette smoke...no smoking room. Noise of large diesel bus started at 0345am just in front of hotel...bus run for at least 45 mins. A short break and started again. Need to move bus away from front of rooms . No fringes hotel. Reasonable value for quick stop at Narita airport if you can sleep ...
