The staffs are very kind and provide excellent customer service. They are happy to help us from small to big things. They speaks english very well. The hotel room is spacious considering for our big family in 1 room, have everything you need for daily basis. The bonus is there are self service washing machine and dryer downstairs.

Hotel Mystays was surrounded by greenery and exclusive, plenty of buses and trains for transportation. The property also had a beautiful pond outside filled with gorgeous koi fishes. The premier suite exceeded my expectations, I had two bathrooms, two televisions, and a huge bathtub, which was separate from the bidet toilets. I had my own living room area, and sliding doors which would separate the living room area from the king sized bed in the suite. Overall worth every penny. Loved this place!!

We were here for a less than 8h transit stay from Narita Airport and the hotel did not allow early check-in despite ample room availability and charged extra on a per hourly rate before their standard check-in time. Look for other options if you are looking for transit-stays from Narita Airport as there are plenty other options around.

rooms are dated and in need of repair dont look too closely as they need a deeper clean facilities are worn and tired even though they say they have 3 restaurants - beware only 1 is open! and it is expensive for a buffet. they charge for using the awful outside pool - stay in the inside one but be careful jacuzzi is not working and bring your own towel as they charge you for theirs! Avoid...

Hotel was at a great location and staffs were amazing.. but the rooms were terrible .. it was a non smoking room but smelled like it was used as a smoking room before and some weird smell in the room with made the air quality very bad !! Apart from the rooms everything else was amazing!!

The garden was poorly maintained. Very disappointed in the lack of care for a Japanese garden. The water fall and pond was in disrepair. Lot of weeds all over the place. What a shame

Nice hotel with good shuttle service and amenities. Unfortunately there are extra charges for the hot baths/onsen and even the swimming pool! Buffets are pricey. Front desk and concierge ladies were excellent!
