The staff was friendly and the accomodations were clean and efficient. Very close to Oji station. The breakfasts were tasty and very healthy. The staff did not speak much english, but we managed just fine. Excellent dining options very close. Overall, great value for the money.

A good, basic option.
The hotel is very utilitarian but clean and efficient. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly. If you are lookimg for basic lodging close to a train station and good restaurants (all Japanese language) - this is a very good option at a very reasonable price.

The room itself was nice and rather spacious for a Japanese hotel. The breakfast buffet was not to our liking, although the Japanese guests seemed to be enjoying it. Also, the city of Oji doesn't really have a lot going for it, so the dining and entertainment options were limited. Not bad for a short stay.

ホテルの駐車場が満車でも、近くに安くて広い民間駐車場を紹介してくれるので心配はありません。 館内には喫煙所がありませんので、喫煙者は我慢が必要ですね。

思いやりのある対応を。
しばらく宿泊していなかった間に、チェックインは自動でするように言われ入力しましたができず、結局、フロントて調べてもらって入力のやり直しでした。フロントすいてたので、フロント対応して下さっても良かったかなと。疲れて来てるのに、時間省略してほしかった。 朝の朝食も、座席のすぐ後ろに並ばされて長い列。おかず交換の時の対応も悪く、しかも拭いた布巾をおかずのトレイに落としてるのにも気づかず、落ちましたよと声をかけても態度悪く、待たされたあげく後ろから抜かされて、もう少し気遣いがほしかったです。
