Staff was accommodating to get us in early but when we got to the room it smelled bad, floors were dirty, the refrigerator didn’t work, cockroaches, and a couple different types of bugs were everywhere. Couldn’t stay. Went down to the front to talk to the young girl working and all she could say was sorry they won’t do anything. We left and didn’t even stay it was so gross. Vending machines were broke. People propped open the door to the outside with either a stick or a rock to get back in. While on the wall says doors are locked 24/7 for your safety.

Misrepresentation in images. Door was propped over around back probably because keys didn’t work all the time to open it. Had to get room key magnetized multiple times even when keeping in key sleeve. Sheets had stains and hairs when covers pulled back. The smell is the hallway is gag worthy. No curtain; only blinds- sun still comes in so don’t expect to sleep in. Don’t expect anything complimentary like mini shampoo or conditioners. Went out to my car in the morning to a beer bottle of urine right outside my car door. Utterly disgusting. Plus side, we didn’t encounter any bugs and the shower pressure was good! Definitely not worth the money spent. 1/10

El lobby del hotel parece una oficina, el vending machine no funciona bien, le pones la tarjeta te cobra y no te da el producto y cuando le dices a los empleados te dicen q ellos no pueden hacer nada, la habitación estuvo bien la cama comoda, el baño no tanto. Espero les ayude mi observación

Absolutely disgusting. That is a motel were nasty people go for sex. Super dirty and full of cockroaches. DO NOT STAY there specially if you have kids. I left the 1st night and they didn’t gave me a refund.

We checked into the room late after a long drive. The room had a terrible smell, and it was freezing, AC set on 64, no extra blankets and it took forever to warm up. There was urine in the toilet and on the seat when we hit to the room. The one queen bed did not have a top sheet so my son had to go downstairs and get one so he was not sleeping on the blanket we know was never washed. The bed was creaky and the room was loud with the noise from the highway right outside.

The place is terrible. It is unclean and unsafe. Not fit for a family especially if you have children. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the pictures, its literally and dump. It had cockroaches and the water came out brown from the shower.

We got in close to 4pm and our room wasn’t ready! Yes, we had reservations. The girl behind the desk was the only good thing. All I can say is, you get what you pay for!!

I made a reservation and had room #332 and it literally had German cockroach walking inside. I took a video and showed the front staff and they were appalled. They gave me another room #427 and upon inspection there was hair that was not mine all over the lounge chair next to the bed and the microwave was dirty and had food stains on the inside. I took pictures to show the front staff. I honestly was appalled. Had I not had a migraine and had I not taken medication that made me sleepy, drowsy, and not able to drive I would have gone somewhere else unfortunately, for me that was not the case. At check out I showed the front desk staff the video of the roach in room #332 and of the poor sanitation conditions in room #427 and she said she would contact Expedia for a discount. She also said she will go and see it for herself. I really think that they should exterminate and supervise the cleaning staff more. I don't want anyone to lose their jobs BUT sanitation is a must. I trusted this place and I trusted expedia's recommendation sadly, I honestly will NEVER go back!
