Condo is well appointed, open concept floor plan, on the 3rd floor, 2 bedroom/2 (remodeled) bathrooms. A vacation condominium in downtown Naples, Florida. A City on the Gulf of Mexico with a Condo that has Private, Quiet, Waterfront Views, two bedroom and 2 bath all one floor with convenient access to elevator and stairs.

Master bedroom (King size bed) 2 night stands, lamps, full size dresser with walk-in closet, ceiling fan, wall mounted smart television and sliding door onto private access to lanai and water views.

Hall bathroom hosts a walk-in shower with sliding doors, vanity and comfort height toilet and lighting. A full size bathroom. Hairdryer available in each bathroom.

2nd bedroom (two, twin size beds), night stand with dresser, wall sconces, large closet and attached powder room with a pocket door (vanity, large mirror, comfort height toilet and sconce lighting), ceiling fan, dresser and chair. services.

Family room is open concept, stylish, comfortable, Tommy Bahama furniture and art beach theme throughout our home with couch, entertainment center, chairs, ottoman, ceiling fan, lamps, stereo, Smart, Cable Television with adjacent dinning room and full size kitchen. Family room also has floor to ceiling large glass sliding doors with curtains that lead out onto the private balcony./lanai that when left open allows the sea breezes to permeate the unit.

Each room has it's own large, smart tv, wall mounted with Comcast remote for ease in viewing. We enjoy have Florida beach themed art and decor we have collected
decorate our unit for all to enjoy.

As of Fall, 2023 all windows are new. We had a structural project completed at BeauMer and new walkway railings installed, building is freshly painted with new awnings installed. Our lanai was reframed with new screens installed. We have a motorized shutter for the lanai to stay dry during the Floridian storms. BeauMer is truly The DIamond of Naples allowing quick, easy, no fuss access to Southwest Florida.

The unit is tastefully furnished in a Warm, Florida Beach theme with Tommy Bahama furniture, Cable Televisions, Stereo and Wireless Internet. Tile floors, area rugs with brand new bedroom rugs. Ballard Chandelier over dinning table.

Relax on the screened lanai (highly coveted spot) with water view, wildlife and boats, or enjoy the living room with the stereo playing while you read a favorite book with breezes wafting into the room. Comcast Cable Television and Strong, Private Wi-fi Signal - Watch Cable/stream your television show while you enjoy appetizer's you prepared in the fully stocked kitchen after a day in the sun.

Newly renovated and stocked, full size kitchen equipped with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, etc. It is your choice to eat in, grill at one of BeauMer's 4, private grill areas, bake your favorite goodies or visit a soon to be favorite local restaurant. Our kitchen will allow you be the chef of your choice.

BeauMer has a private, Fall 2024 updated pool and spa. The pool is salt water and the spa is chlorinated. The pool furniture has been refreshed sporting loungers as well as table and chairs. Area is surrounded by Palm trees which are light up In Season with white holiday lights creating a shared ambiance.

Our unit and the community is furnished with all the amenities to allow you to plan, rest, relax and rejuvenate between our great Naples Beach, Park, boating, shopping, water and pool vacation excursions. Pack up a picnic lunch and head to the beach or rent a boat for a picnic on a sand bar island in the Southwest Florida waterways.

If captaining a boat is not for you, but you want to be on the water, make a reservation on the Naples, Princess ship within walking distance of BeauMer for a lunch, dinner or sunset cruise.

There are so many activities to choose. I always advocate shopping and nail salons should be considered activities too. Then later you can take in a play/show in the surrounding live theaters or plan to go to a comedy show. My family was adventurous and took an airboat ride out amongst the everglades. It was not only fun and educational but had excitement. No one was harmed and everyone said they would go again.

City of Naples hosts several activities to enjoy as well - such as the Art shows in the park, Corvette Car shows or you can travel North for the Airman shows where they bring in planes from decades past and present for an up close and personal visit.

Further, after a day(s) at the beach, boating or pool, walk downtown for shopping, dinner/takeout. Come back to the unit to relax, unwind, enjoy a beverage on the lanai with snacks prepared in the kitchen. I like to wake up and have my morning coffee as I sit on the lanai and breath in the fresh air ad I start my day.

Our unit comes with a unit assigned, covered garage parking on the ground floor of the building. You will always have a space for your onsite vehicle to park with ease.

We enjoy meeting new people and providing them a home to make memories with their families and friends. Emily is accessible 24/7 for any question you may have either about the unit, the community, etc. We offer no contact check-in and out. Emily can provide further details as requested.

The condo we stayed in was nice, clean, and fully stocked with everything you needed for a beach vacation. The owner was very friendly and always available when we needed her. I will say that we had to get used to the airplanes flying over and the traffic noise when sitting on the lanai. The reason it was not enjoyable wasn’t because of the condo but because of some of the owners that live there. They try at first to be friendly to you but what they are actually doing is talking to you to see if you have broken any of their many rules. You felt like you were being watched the entire time. Heaven forbid you break a rule, they have a self made compliance committee that meets in the pool and talks about you and then elects one person to let you know you’ve broken a rule then tells you that it’s not her or anyone at the pool, just wanted to let us know “they” are watching. Honestly, the people that were renting were friendly but being “watched” the whole time made the vacation not enjoyable. We cancelled for next year!

Great condo in a great location!
My wife and I stayed at Beau Mer for the month of January and had a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean and the beds and furnishings were all quite comfortable. The lanai overlooks the harbor and is especially enjoyable at night (save for a little noise from the road). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal. The building and grounds are very well maintained and the pool was never overcrowded. The other residents and guests were very friendly. Perfect location for walking to downtown, Tin City, Bayfront shops and Baker Park. Emily was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation
From my very first contact with the owner she has been immediately and positively responsive. The condo was very well decorated, very clean and had any amenity you may want. The location is great and a short walk into downtown Naples where there are many restaurants, shops plus theaters and a park which has many events. Perhaps the only drawback is the location near the private airport with numerous corporate jets using a flight path over the condo. You can, however, get use to that since the pluses outweigh that minor fault. I can't wait to return!

My BF and I stayed at this location for over a month. Plenty of supplies were available to us in the Kitchen for cooking, beach, cleaning, towels, sheets, etc. Emily the host was amazing. Coffee pot leaked and she had another one there in a day or two. She addressed any issue aggressively to always insure we were not disrupted during out vacation. You can not beat the location, planes do fly over the area, but when you close the door you do not hear the noise. The location makes this prime real estate. No car needed its in such a great area. Walk to dining, zoo, bayfront, 5th Ave, farmers market and beach. Uber is available as well. Pool area was nice, carport was a great perk. Safe area.

The condo unit was a half a block away from tin city with all the shops and restaurants within short walking distance, centrally located for all the beaches Wiggins Pass,Naples pier, and a 20 minute drive to Marco Island.

Excellent Stay!
We love the Naples area & have vacationed there for several years. We were fortunate to rent from Emily this year. The condo is exactly like the photos. The design & decoration are lovely. It had all of the amenities one would expect to make us feel at home. The condo was clean & neat. Loved the layout with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on one level. The furniture was comfortable and enjoyed having ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the kitchen. Incredibly convenient location! Within walking distance of Tin City & Naples 5th Avenue shops & restaurants, as well as beautiful Bayfront Cabana Bar, shops & dining. The owner was easy to connect with & answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. Overall, very happy with our stay and we would definitely like to stay there again.

Naples in 2020
working with the manager was fabulous - easy and very accommodating. The location was walking distance to old naples was great BUT think it is important to share apartment was particularly loud with both highway and airplane noise all day long. The evening was a bit quieter but my family and I found it distracted enjoyment from our stay and avoiding being there as much as possible. If that does not bother you place simple , description was accurate, people super friendly in complex, and incredibly clean. One more thing it does not have laundry in apt , it is coin operated on 2nd floor of apt building,
