A Fabulous Place
It was a wonderful place to stay - the breakfast area and outside area was terrific. My room was huge and the bathroom was very new and very nice. The heated towel rack was a real luxury and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of variety and Alberto was very accomodating with my being an early leaver. The location is excellent and a short walk to tour operator pick ups and the central train station and Alibus to the airport are very close. It is a very quiet building and I slept comfortably and soundly the 5 nights I stayed. Make contact prior to arrival for help with the lift( it requires a coin to operate) I would not hesitate to stay her again- it was a wonderful stay. My room was serviced daily and it was spotless.

Great spot to stay for a day or 3
We stayed here so we could be near a pickup point for a tour. Couldn't have been more pleased. Within walkng distance to the rail station. Many lovly places to eat nearby and the manager went on and above to assist us. He even watched our bags when we were on the tour. Excellent

Not bad if you don’t plan to spend much time in your hotel. Alfredo was extremely helpful and accommodating. The area isn’t the best however if you’re ok with being in the middle of the city than go for it. It’s right across from the train station. The subway is a few steps away. Convenient I would say- next to a lot of restaurants This is not a luxurious hotel. However, not bad for the price. The service is excellent.

Good option if you want to be close to central transport in Naples. From there you can take the bus to get to the ferry port for Capri. Clean and safe hotel.

Good Value for Convenient Location
The area around the train station in Naples may be off putting to many travelers. It is not Naples at its best. However, the location could not have been better for our needs and Alfredo at the front desk was most helpful in communicating with us before our trip, and getting us checked in quite late after our flight from Athens had a schedule change. The honor bar was well stocked with reasonable prices so we enjoyed a bottled Aperol Spritz on the balcony before retiring for the night. Though the breakfast was modest the coffee was made to order and we enjoyed conversation over cappuccino before checking out and continuing our trip.

The hotel (5 rooms) was clean and modern. It was situated on a giant plaza at the train station so we easily walked from the train with our luggage. Alfredo, the owner, was really helpful.

The hotel was charming inside. The hosts were lovely. The view was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything worked well, including the warming towel rack-what a nice idea. The hotel is very convenient to the metro and train stations. It is also surrounded by several restaurants. The one we went to was delicious. You do have to be very careful in this area, especially in the evenings/nighttime. I think this is true of many places in Napoli, but we were particularly warned about the Garibaldi square area.
