The home is located in the quaint waterfront neighborhood of Gulf Harbor on a quiet cul-de-sac street. Updates include an all new kitchen, two full remodeled bathrooms, sun deck, wood-look tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and a screened porch overlooking the private water view. Ride your bike, kayak or canoe to Vanderbilt Beach or enjoy the upscale shopping, nightlife and restaurants such as Rocco's Tacos, Capital Grille etc. at nearby Mercato that is 5 minutes from the home. Enjoy peacefully kayaking with the two provided kayaks through the backwater mangroves. Quite wonderful property in an amazing location.
We have just stayed at this property for a week and it was amazing!! It is in a very exclusive, secluded location, right on a water channel and we made use of the kayaks every day and regularly sat out dolphin spotting from the decking (a pair came twice daily). The condition of the property was perfect with everything that you need for a holiday home.

Nice location. Agree with another reviewer, needs more towels and better-stocked kitchen. Some of the extras ie, bikes, chairs, BBQ, have seen better days and need to be replaced. I may be spoiled but other VRBO's we have stayed at have been better equipped.

Great vacation rental
This property is in a great location, a beautiful quiet setting.It is very clean and the host is very responsive. Everything you could want is provided: bikes, beach chairs, kayaks and canoe!

Close to nature in Naples
Comfortable and very quiet accommodations on a mangrove canal close to the beach and close to the main highway with all the restaurants. We used the provided kayaks and kayaked to the beach and had two encounters with dolphins. Magic! The hosts were easy to contact and were very helpful when we had a few minor issues. We had a lovely month in Naples thanks in part to the convenient accommodations.

Wonderful!
What a quiet, secluded spot in the heart of Naples! Plenty of wildlife in the canal and mangroves. This home is very comfortable and well-equipped . Easy travels to restaurants and all types of shopping. And very gracious hosts! Hope to return next year!

Nice Location
This is a nice property, convenient to Hwy 41.. The neighborhood was friendly and low traffic, although you can hear some road noise from Hwy 41. The property is as pictured. It was a little lacking in towels for a three bedroom home. It also could use a few more kitchen items for long-term guests, who may cook in a little more. Examples would be a large ladle, 13x9 pan, larger covered sauce pan and a larger pot. We enjoyed the water and fishing. We saw a dolphin visit our canal a couple of times during our stay. The house is well equiped for water activities, but we used our own small boat.

Beautiful home backing onto the intercoastal. We enjoyed many canoe rides with dolphins and manatees. Tina of wildlife. Easy drive to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. The home is clean with generous sized rooms and all required amenities

Fantastic!
Pictures do not do this lovely home justice. Clean and well stocked with all your needs. Took a lovely paddle from house to Wiggins Pass to enjoy quiet part of the beach. We fished with poles provided and enjoyed the bikes. While in town also enjoyed the Naples Zoo. We had no problem enjoying our stay, with plenty of safe options during Summer 2020.

Great home with responsive owners
My family and I had a great, relaxing vacation here. We had several fun adventures on the salt water canal in the kayaks. We also used the beach chairs multiple times for trips to the great local beaches. There are ample restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes drive. Cavan and Dan were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.
