Great location and apartment
Great location with views of the sea/port. 20 min walk to key tourist sights. 5 mins to Toledo metro. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. Coffee machine with pods, washing machine with liquids & luggage storage post check out is a plus. Sound proofing was good so no outside sound despite busy location. Taxi stand and Supermarket close by. Check-in was smooth with the owner meeting us personally and communicating pre-arrival to ensure everything worked smoothly. Good restaurants around. Walking distance to the port for ferries to Capri/islands. Only downside is the breakfast - the pastries are really dry and coffee not so great - perhaps not needed.

Wonderful hotel
Very nice hotel with modern amenities. We rented the 1 bedroom suite, worked very well for my family of 3. Convenient location for our sight seeing tours, close to the metro stations. Many restaurants closeby. Washing machine in the room was a huge plus. Massimo was very helpful with advice on local info.

Great apartment and host! The apartment is in a great location being within walking distance to attractions together with the metro service. There is also a taxi rank directly outside the apartment which is helpful for airport transfer. Would recommend for a stay in Naples

Alojamiento súper recomendable en todos los sentidos: ubicación excepcional, equidistante y a poca distancia de todo; la habitación muy limpia, cómoda y espaciosa, en muy buen estado; Gennaro (y también su padre) muy atento y amable, no dio una recomendaciones para comer muy acertadas, que te orientan muy bien para elegir zonas. The condominium was very clean, spacious, good size for 3 to 4 people. Masimo warmly welcomed us despite us arriving late (8pm) from Capri on July 4. The unit includes breakfast in a Cafe with great pastries and coffee within 2 minute walk. It is conveniently located near a bank, farmer’s market, mailing center and copy center(great for those working remotely). Masimo was very helpful, going beyond his means to assist us, recommended good places to eat. Condominium is modern with good interiors including modern bath. It is a Gem within Napoli, walking distance from Neptune’s fountain and historic landmarks. Great for travellers who would like to explore Pompei,Amalfi coast, Positano, Capri, and swim near the Faraglioni rocks!

Excellent property in a great location on Naples. Our host Gennaro was excellent, available all the time and fulfilled every request. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was convenient and authentic Italian pastries and coffees. This isn’t a hotel, it’s more like a serviced apartment with breakfast, however I felt it was well run, Gennaro was a great host and perfect for our stay in Naples. Thank you

We found the apartment clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The building is very secure and the area around it, felt very safe. It is a couple minutes walk to Toledo street and the Spanish quarter, which we felt was the nicest area of the city. Communication with our host Gennaro was exceptional. He gave very thorough instructions for check in and directions to the property. He even gave us some suggestions for places to dine around the city and booked a taxi for us on our return to the airport. Great guy and amazing host. We would stay again.

Perfect in Every Way
Seriously, our stay was perfect in every way. We weren't quite sure what to expect but the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Mossimo greeted us like old friends even though we were running late and helped us secure parking in the garage right underneath. Centrally located, great evening views of the city, clean, well stocked and furnished, could not have asked for more. Mossimo should be charging a lot more for this room - it was so much. more than we expected. Will definitely return and stay much longer next time!
