This beautiful Naples cottage is centrally located in the heart of Naples just .9 mile to the beach, 3 miles to internationally famous downtown's 5th avenue and 4 miles to quaint downtown 3rd Street’s fine shopping district. This vacation retreat provides a uniquely intimate setting creating magical memories. The front and backyard is beautifully landscaped with all tropical plants, bushes and fruit trees. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking your small four-legged friend and soaking in all the beauty that Naples has to offer.
Our vacation home is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds, closet and a flat-screen TV. Second bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, closet and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a super comfortable queen size bed and a closet. The bathroom is newly renovated. There’s a four-season lanai that has lots of windows overlooking the lush tropical backyard with a huge deck featuring a large patio table and chairs for eight and a gas grill. There is WIFI throughout the home. Bike or walk everywhere you need to go as we are blocks to the grocery, great restaurants, shopping etc... Come enjoy our home and see what Naples has to offer, see you soon!


Due to COVID-19, for your safety we have added a PurLite Medical-Grade UV-C light sanitizing system at the house. Our PurLite unit will Sanitize any personal item in 30 seconds and has a kill rate of 99.9%. Germs bacteria, viruses and fungi have no defense against UV-C light. You can sanitize phones, keys/fobs, remote controls, eye glasses, toothbrushes, face-masks, gloves etc... NO FOOD or WATER.

Girls weekend getaway
This was an awesome spot that accommodated all of the girls on our trip really well! We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the patio to soak up all the Naples sunshine and spent one of the days at the beach within 5 or so minutes from this property. Out of all the beaches we visited in Naples this was by far the least crowded/our favorite. 10/10 would recommend this property!

Darling Tropical Oasis
This charming home is perfectly located! We went to the beach about a mile away. Shopping in every direction! Delicious restaurants nearby! The home is meticulously cleaned and stocked with towels, sheets, condiments, and has a laundry room. The owners are a text away. Entering and exiting the home is easy. Perfect Getaway
We rented this property as a place to stay while my daughters swam at a local meet. The proximity to everything was perfect and my wife loved the short distance to run to the beach. She absolutely loved the plants around the house. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Great location - Close to many things
Very nice old Fla style House in the middle of Naples -- anything you could want to do beach, shopping, exploring, 10-20 minutes max. Neat and clean inside with a fenced back yard and deck. - Great for our dog that accompanied us. Kris contacted us in advance and everything went super smooth.

Loved staying at Kris and Doug's! The house is located a short drive to the beach, mall, zoo and to shops and restaurants! The little things made our trip special - mirrors in every bedroom, comfortable beds, plenty of toiletries, fenced in backyard that my dog could play in. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Escape
A perfect getaway 5 min from Horizon Beach, 5 min from the Zoo, 5 min from downtown. A great little escape, plenty of room for a family of 5 and very clean. I will definitely stay here again!

The house is much better than the video shows, super clean, cozy, with an incredible vibe, my pet was happy 😀, the neighborhood is very quiet, the beaches are 8 minutes away by car and they are spectacular, the restaurants that we They are super recommended, the location of the house allows you to go anywhere in just minutes. Outstanding venue in Naples
This property is even better than described which I find to be rare online. Quiet neighborhood centrally located close to everything. The owners were very helpful and always available for any necessary support. The three bedrooms were all neat and all the needed appliances and supplies for a stay were present. I would highly recommend this property!
