My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The owner was so kind and truly cares about his hospitality efforts and ensuring the guest has a wonderful experience. They had filtered water available and coffee to all guests, and was kind enough to drop off wine glasses and a wine opener when requested. Would definitely stay here again!

Difficult to find as its on the third floor and signage poor, but that notwithstanding, it was a nice clean and comfortable place. The address should be updated to include geo coordinates as google maps was confounded initially.

Great location bang in the middle of naples..went to see pompei and herculeam..hotel really comfortable and very clean..breakfast ok ..owner really helpful good pkace for a weekend break...naples is 200mph but you grow into it and learn to like it..back streets are supurb so much going on

Everything was very clear from start to finish on each detail of checkin and check out. Room is clean simple nice. I went for a walk at 930 pm and was amazed at all these Italians eating heaping plates of pasta so late at night and and loudness and banter and laughter and feeling safe. Prior to entry my phone ran out of charge and I could not retrieve the door code to enter. I asked the girl at the ice cream counter next door if I could use the electrical outlet to charge my phone and she said of course, unplugged her phone and plugged my phone in. After a fabulous gelato and water and 30 minutes of sitting outside watching real Naples walk by, I was in my room safe and content. That is how safe the neighborhood is.

Had to pass through small door built into large doors, which was very unique to us. Opened into court yard. Owners were super friendly & very helpful & knowledgeable about everything. Rooms were small but very clean. The only thing we didn’t know was it was on 3rd floor with no elevator, so if your not physically able to climb up not the place for you! Surrounding area isn’t the cleanest but is more of a local area, with lots of very reasonable priced restaurants & pastry shops, stores.

Excellent B&B in central Naples
Had a fantastico stay at Le Stanze del Principe! Located in a historic building built in 1619, the spacious junior suite is lovely and very comfortable. The central location is convenient for the train station and many dining options. The manager, Giangi is very friendly and helpful, making my stay very special. I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Le Stanze del Principe beautiful property and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, close to all the best spots in the area. The space was stunning, comfortable and very unique. Armando was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. His advice made my stay even better, and he ensured I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The hosts were amazing could not have helped more, really welcoming and gave us advice on where to visit. The two guys were great with the kids as well chatting and joking. The hotel was great, very old but just what we wanted a historic building with character and part of the history and real Napoli. We did not want a branded hotel. We shared a family room, great aircon and bathroom. Would highly recommend.
