Entry is abysmal. Room itself is ok, but water only trickles from the faucet. No ability to shower. Montana bed and breakfast as advertised. You have to cross a busy city street with a voucher. Would never recommend. We left a night early not caring about cost.

Our stay at Il Divino was perfect. This B&B is very safe, clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Sofia was excellent with communication, super welcoming and helpful at checking in. My husband and I highly recommend this place.

This is a really nice property. The check-in was smooth. The Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I appreciate it having access to a smart tv That I could log into my personal accounts and watch movies on. The bathroom Was very nice with great linens and towels. The price point was excellent for this stay! I would definitely come back again.

Spent one night here passing through on our way to Sorrento. Flew into Naples airport , took Alibus to the main train station in the city and the hotel was an easy 5 min walk with suitcases from there. It’s in the middle of a busy downtown but the entrance is secure & safe. Sofia was extremely helpful for the entire stay. There is an elevator and free breakfast is across the street at a Cafe. Highly recommend.

Our stay at il divino was great . Clean ptoperty, spacious room and bathroom. The property is walking distance to the train station and easy to find . Check in process was seemless. Sophia was very helpful with check in and answered all of our questions . Luigi was also very helpful and responsive on whatsapp. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful.

I stayed here with my fiancé and we absolutely loved it. The room was spotless and modern. We were able to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. We were very close to the Napoli Centrale station. The free breakfast was delicious, they had the best croissants. Finally, the staff member that helped us check in, Sophia, was a delight to work with and she made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They connected me with me through WhatsApp and arranged to be met at the entrance of the hotel. They were absolutely exceptional in supporting our arrival. Overall, the location was ideal in closeness to the train station, but did not feel like a safe location Outside the walls of the hotel. The hotel is clean, friendly and welcoming. Don’t forget, you’ll need to pay the tax separately and buy cash. This was a bit of an inconvenience as I figured it would be included in the actual hotel cost.

We had a great stay, 1 night prior to flying back home from Naples. This B&B is 3 bedrooms in a hotel style set up. The Air Conditioning was excellent, the rooms are very modern and clean. Overall it was a great experience. A bit confusing to figure out how to get into the property at first but once set up it is very easy. It was one of the most well designed, and functional rooms I've stayed in. Plenty of USB charging ports, modern and functional bathroom. Spacious Shower and comfortable bed. Views of the Naples streets are excellent from the multiple Door length windows we had. If ever back in Naples, I'd surely stay here.

Wonderful property. It's a 5 minute walk from the train station. Sofia was great checking us in. The room was spacious and comfortable. Communication from the staff was also great. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

Room and location is perfect for convenience to the train station. Luckily B & B is at the beginning of the street so you don’t need to walk down an area that feels unsafe. Would recommend this B & B.

We wanted a place that was walking distance from the Naples Train Station. The service was fantastic and loved the theme of the place. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great and even their service was fantastic. All around 5 stars.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The building was a old (like the rest of Naples) they own half of 2 floors which are locked and inside is air conditioned and decorated to a very high standard. You forget you're in an old building. We were offered a cleaning service at an extra charge. We were only staying 2 nights so declined but i do think this should be a standard service. Now for my moan. We were checked in to the wrong room. We unpacked, showered and went for a walk and when we were about 40 mins away from the hotel were asked to return to swap rooms so not to disrupt the other guests when they arrive. Fuming! Friends i have spoken to said they would have said no. But thats not my nature. So we returned and moved and by this time there was time for dinner and bed. Totaly ruined our afternoon. As we'd walked 40 mins and never reached our destination as we had to walk back. When we reached the hotel we had already been locked out of the room even though our stuff was still inside and she offered a tiny box of pringles and a tiny coffee to compensate. Not happy. First day of our holiday gone.

This hotel was much more than we expected based on our previous experiences in Naples. It is not a traditional hotel but more of a section of a residential building that has been converted to suites. They are beautifully done and very comfortable. Staff meets you at the entrance to check you in and show you how to enter, use the controls in your room and your vouchers for breakfast at the cafe across the street. This hotel is a very quick walk from the train station which doubles as the alibus stop if you are coming from the airport which worked perfect for us. We chose this hotel for convenience but liked it so much we will go out of our way to stay here if we travel through Naples again.
