We had an amazing stay at the Dimora Duomo. The hotel staff were excellent, the rooms were very clean and the breakfasts were delicious! The location of the hotel is great with easy access to the historic city center, shopping, and dining as well as access to the metro, train station and water taxi’s.

Lovely rooms and a reasonable breakfast delivered to your room. Marco was excellent in pre-contacting us and arranging a taxi from airport. He also recommended restaurants and was on hand with all info you'd need. The property is on a busy road but was quiet and safe. That road isn't the tidiest but a simple walk brings you to the old town with restaurants serving great and inexpensive pizzas etc. Property is in walking distance of two metro stations and the train station. As taxis are so expensive would recommend using them.,

Marco was very helpful before and during our stay. He helped arrange private transport from the airport and a driver for a day trip to the Amalfi coast. They also delivered breakfast to our room very morning. The room was clean and comfortable and located in a very central location in Naples. We were able to walk to most sites of interest.

Very clean and nice room. Walkable to the old part of town where some of the must visit pizza places are located. Close to the train station and the port where ferries depart for Capri and other islands. It was a great home base for visiting Pompeii, Sorrento, and Capri.

The location was great, the manager was very prompt in responding to requests. The breakfast was delivered to our room when we asked and the room/ bathroom was clean and modern. The only thing I would have liked to see was, we arrived very early so we needed enter the building at 730 am and if. It for another guest with wifi we would never have been able to enter. Then when we arrived in the “lobby” a cleaning staff member was present but no one else was behind the desk nor was a common room bathroom available. After 20 hours of travel we were hoping for the use of at least a toilet. Other then that part, I would recommend this hotel to friends

I recently stayed at Dimora Duomo and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, Marco and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my needs were truly impressive. They assisted in getting me a car service to and from the airport (very reasonably priced) and breakfast was delivered to my door every morning (selection was great)! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in their work and the satisfaction of their guests. I highly recommend Dimora Duomo to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Naples!

The hotel was so clean and a haven from the noisy city. Yummy food was delivered right on time so we could catch our tours on time, too. Marco arranged transfers to/from the airport so it was an easy experience. we would definitely stay there again, because the hotel is walkable to everything.
