Kicked Out For No Reason After Paying!
It was not a good stay I paid for the 17th and 18th of October. They didnt extend our stay due to a phone call from my mother. My mom was concernes because i didnt answer my phone before 11am. I was working on a Zoom call. Theg even went as far as calling the cops. I am an active member of society and a local realtor. It was so embarrassing. I didnt have any people come to the room, i was not loud by any means, there was no reason for them to do that. We had to pack so quickly we forgot stuff. It was just a mess and totally uncalled for.

I was set to travel to Florida 3 days after Hurricane Milton ripped through. My flight was canceled and I couldn't make it to Naples. But Best Western decided to punish me and not refund my money. I WILL NEVER stay with them anywhere in the country again!!!!
