Welcome to paradise! This stylish, fully updated home with coastal décor boasts a spacious floor plan with fantastic views of the private heated swimming pool and the tropical backyard, and welcomes you to relax and enjoy all that gorgeous Naples has to offer! Crown Pointe is located only 7 minutes to downtown Naples' famous 5th Avenue and about 10 minutes to the wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! You will absolutely love the 2400 sqft of gorgeous space offering 4 bedrooms, a den, 3 living areas, 2 dining spaces, and 2.5 bathrooms. Additional guests can sleep on the pullout sofa or in the den. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, the home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

You’ll love the chef's kitchen, with high-end appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything that you need to prepare a family meal. When it’s time to serve a meal, there’s a dining room, a breakfast nook, and seating at the bar or the enclosed lanai. There are 3 seating areas inside - a formal living room, a cozy den/TV room (both with big flat screen TVs), and the lanai (which is fully under AC). The pool deck features a large dining table, or you can also relax on one of the lounges by your private heated pool while the grill master cooks up something delicious on gas grill. After a day at the pool or the beach, you can relax on one of the couches in front of the three large HD TVs (with cable and WiFi) and enjoy a drink or two.

The home features 4 spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms (including the master suite) have king beds, and the fourth bedrooms has two twin beds. All mattresses are brand new, high-end memory foam which guarantee a restful night sleep. We also offer a fully stock coffee bar with a regular coffee, Nespresso machine, and a variety of teas. Washer and dryer are also available.

The Crowne Pointe community offers a fitness room, a large pool, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball courts, and a great lake for fishing! Grocery store, restaurants, spa, etc. are less than half a mile away. Mercato and Waterside Shops' fine dining and shopping as well as the beaches are just a short drive away from this quiet neighborhood. Golfers will find a vast choice of public courses nearby. Sports enthusiasts can use the home's bicycles to stroll to shopping and Olde Naples. We provide pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers for your day at the beach!

There is parking for up to 3-4 cars in the driveway. An additional pool heat fee of $30 per day must be paid prior to check-in in the winter months. PLEASE NOTE: the pool is NOT toddler/child proof; i.e., the patio sliders do not have audible alarms and the pool does NOT have a child-proof fence and gate surrounding it. All guest accept the risks of using the pool. The owners will not be held responsible in any way. We follow the Collier County's quiet hours ordinance from 10 pm - 8 am.

Fantastic Family Retreat!
We had a fantastic time during our week at Ivan’s property in Naples! The house has a very Zen feel and is perfect for a family retreat. It is beautifully maintained, in soothing colors of blue and white, with a lovely in-ground pool in a quiet setting surrounded by tropical landscaping. Our adult children and grandkids loved swimming in the backyard pool and playing all the games left for us to enjoy. The property is super quiet and safe promoting a very peaceful feeling. The 3 king bedrooms and 1 double-twin have very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The A/C and ceiling fans in each room kept the house cool throughout the day and night. The kitchen is fully stocked and the open floor plan was great for evenings in. The location can’t be beat with a 15 minute drive to shopping, restaurants on 5th and Waterside, the zoo, mini-golf, botanical gardens, boat dock on Danford and gorgeous beaches. Our host Ivan was always available to answer questions and very personable and professional. We often use VRBO to rent houses, but rarely return to the same house because the attraction just isn’t strong enough. We unanimously agree that this property is pulling us back in and we will return!

Awesome rental in Naples!
We had a wonderful week-long stay with our family of 5 at this property in the Naples area. We especially enjoyed the home's outdoor area with its screened in patio enclosure and heated pool. The property is a relatively short drive from various stores, restaurants, and the beach. The property owner was very communicative, checking in to make sure all was going well, and was readily available via text if ever needed. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Ivan was great to work with, very quick at responding to all of my messages and taking care of any questions I had. The pool was fabulous, since we were there in February we paid for pool heat, which was definitely worth it!! Bedrooms were awesome with the king size beds, dining area was great for breakfast and lunches with the family! My only change would be for a new couch in the living room!

Very Large Clean Rental Home in Nice Neighborhood
Nice unclutered rental with multiple dining spaces and nice decor. The large heated pool was a major feature, albeit heated at a significant surcharge. Outdoor furniture and plentiful pool accessories could use an update but were all functional. Rusty barbeque grates were almost immediately replaced by Ivan, the very responsive manager. Not too much within walking distance but a Publix and a few restaurants just a mile down the road. Old Naples, Botanical Garden and Celebration Park only a 10-15 minute drive. Overall a great place to entertain friends and family.

Amazing vacation
The house is very specious, all bedrooms are big, with comfortable king size beds, lots of space in the lanai and even office room. The pool is amazing. This year the weather was cooler than usual and pool was the place where kids and adults enjoyed to swim and play. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was very efficient and easy. Thank you Ivan for sharing your beautiful house with us. We would be happy to come back next year.

Perfect Family Home
Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful, clean, very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beaches and other must-see places in Naples. It had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the pool, most especially the kids. Ivan was an amazing host, very nice and accessible. He had noted he would be out of the country during the week of our stay but we did not have any problem at all reaching him when we had a question. Perfect for a family

Felt like a home away from home
We loved our stay! It was the perfect spot to finally get away as a family. Our girls were obsessed with swimming every day. We very much appreciated the alarms on the doors to the pool for an added level of safety. There was plenty of space for our crew to sleep (3 kids, 5 adults) and we enjoyed hanging out and playing games as well as grilling and relaxing around the pool. It was a short drive to so many awesome locations and we loved the use of beach chairs and pool toys that were available in the garage.

Great Family Home in Naples!

Fantastic stay 10/10
Beautiful house in a fantastic location just 5-10 minutes from old downtown Naples. The house is super clean, easy to access, fitted with all the latest technology. The pool is huge! I don't have 1 bad comment to make. Brilliant trip from start to finish. After an average stay in Orlando we travelled down to Naples for the second week of our trip, this Villa made up for it. The host being so helpful and accommodating topped it all off. Highly recommend booking this place especially if you are planning a family vacation or ‘holiday’ if you are from the UK like us ;)
