#47 includes:

1 home with 2 bedrooms, a living area with queen gel mattress, a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms both with showers and an outdoor dining area with love seat, 2 club chairs and ocean views. The Primary Suite in this home features an en suite bathroom, a King size bed, and a full closet. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen sized bed, full closet, and 2nd bathroom located next door in the hallway.

This home also includes an outdoor grilling area with two more club chairs overlooking the pool and a game room for the kids to escape with a pool table, ping pong, large flat screen and a living space for hanging out away from the parents. The property also features an outdoor bocce ball court!

A 3 bedroom home with a large living space, 2 full bathrooms (1 with a tub if you have babies in tow), and 3 bedrooms. The primary suite in this space features a king size bed, walk in closet, and large en suite bathroom with both free standing tub and shower. This primary suite is large and feature tall ceilings, and direct access to the porch/main outdoor living area. The 2nd bedroom in this home is a Queen with a bathroom shared with the 3rd bedroom. The Queen bedroom has direct access to the main outdoor living area on the porch. Lastly, the 3rd bedroom in this home features 2 rattan twin beds.

The main open living concept of this home features a dining table for 8 guests, 2 living areas (2 large 96" couches with 4 large club chairs with 1 65" TV), the kitchen encompasses an island that guests can also dine at.

The outdoor living on this property is quite impressive! It features 8 outdoor loungers off the pool with side tables, 2 LARGE 180* spinning umbrellas, an outdoor grilling area with a fire pit and 4 club chairs, an outdoor dining table that seats 12 guests, and another 2 living areas with 2 couches, 4 chairs and an outdoor 65" TV.

Guests have access to the entire property which comprises 3 homes, 1 garage/game room, a pool, 4 outdoor porches, 4 outdoor dining areas, a bocce ball court, 2 outdoor grilling areas, 8 outdoor lounge chairs by the pool. The dining areas outside can seat up to 12 guests at one long table for a great family dinner. There is also plenty of room to spread out for families to have their own space and time alone.

Although the lighthouse on the property is exciting and intriguing. We do not allow access due to safety concerns.

This resort offers its guests a fitness center. The front desk is open around the clock.
