The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station.

El servicio y atención del personal fueron excelentes. El hotel muy limpio y todo estaba de acuerdo a lo ofrecido. Tomamos el desayuno y era bastante completo y variado. La vista desde nuestro balcón era bonitas. El hotel estaba bien ubicado para lo que necesitabamos sin embargo los alrededores no son muy bonitos

Loved the hotel and staff but area around is very dirty and noisy and we didnt feel too safe unless we were inside hotel . But that says more about city than the facility. You guys were great !
