This home has fabulous landscaping, a two car air conditioned garage and a large swimming pool with hot tub. You will also enjoy the large front porch and huge lanai - with summer kitchen, including built in outdoor Wolf grill and outdoor refrigerator. High end wicker furniture on all outdoor porches, side porches, lanai and outdoor dining area.
The kitchen is absolutely state of the art. There is a large island in the middle, with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances throughout the interior kitchen as well. The Wolf double oven has 6 gas burners plus heated griddle. Three separate dining areas - formal dining room (seats ten), kitchen dinette (seats six), outdoor summer kitchen (seats eight).
DVD, HDTV, Digital Cable, and AppleTV connection station. Speakers wired throughout house, lanai and summer kitchen. Two Story great room, enormous kitchen, study, five Sleeping Rooms (four rooms with King Beds), four full baths, two 1/2 Baths. All rooms newly furnished. Walnut floors throughout.
